Xxiao06101. The room is definitely the highlight of this hotel. It features a modern Italian design, and the blue luxury stone tabletop is particularly unique. The room comes with excellent amenities and facilities. The toiletries seem to be the hotel's own brand. Additionally, extras like a Dyson hairdryer, a built-in bidet toilet (rather than just an add-on seat), and extra mouthwash ensure that even a standard room offers some of the best hardware experiences in all of Hainan right now.
2. The hotel's breakfast was decent. There was a good variety of Western options, but fewer Chinese dishes. We all agreed that the special blend drink, 'Coconut Grove Fragrance,' and the Baoluo noodles with fermented vinegar were the best items. The fact that breakfast is served until 12 PM is a must-have for a resort hotel and definitely deserves praise. However, many of the pastries and breads became soft and unappetizing after 11 AM.
3. The hotel offers a butler service who contacts you in advance. If you answer the secret code correctly, you get a complimentary gift. They're good at fulfilling personalized requests, which was a big plus. Our butler, Winnie, met all our personalized needs, providing great convenience and emotional value. Furthermore, about 70% of the staff I encountered actively greeted guests, and roughly 20% were warm and smiling. It would be a significant improvement if service could shift from reactive to proactive. Of course, these issues aren't exclusive to Kimpton; they're common in many five-star and ultra-luxury hotels in China, and there's still much room for improvement compared to neighboring Southeast Asian countries.
4. The public areas aren't particularly large overall, but they have everything you need. The lawn is well-maintained, and the pool is relatively clean. There's also a gym, experiential activities, a children's play area, travel photography services, an internet café, and more. I tried a few of the experiences, like the luxurious internet café, which was quite good, but the prices were significantly higher than outside, making them not very cost-effective.
5. The hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the county town and approximately a 27-30 minute drive from Sanya Haitang Bay Duty-Free City.

Compared to other hotels in Hainan in the 2000+ price range, this hotel achieves a good overall balance in terms of rooms, service, dining, public area design, maintenance,配套 experiential offerings, and price. Versus many hotels that have been open for over ten years, its newness is a major advantage, not just in hardware, but also in its aesthetic, experience, and ambiance that align with current trends. I believe it's a hotel worth revisiting.

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!
**Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality**
The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
**Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting**
Truly designed for young children!
* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.
* There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout.
* A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Cribs and baby gates are provided free of charge.
**Mermaid Legend Theme, Dreamy Family Getaway**
The hotel's design is centered around the Hainan mermaid legend, creating an incredible ambiance:
* The lobby features a stunning mermaid wall made from 60,000 mother-of-pearl pieces – it's both dreamy and spectacular.
* The pool is shaped like a mermaid's tail, and the Tiffany blue color is gorgeous.
* The rooms have fish-scale patterned sliding doors, boat-shaped bathrooms, and mermaid frescoes, with fairytale details everywhere.
* Telling mermaid stories to the kids made the vacation feel even more special and ritualistic!
**Exclusive Beautiful Beach, Next to Capella**
The hotel has its own private beach, with fine sand, clear water, and a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere – it’s right outside. Best of all, it shares the same beautiful bay views as the ultra-luxurious Capella Hotel, which is right next door!
You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable!
For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

GGuest UserOur experience at Capella Sanya was simply amazing, with incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. A special thanks goes to Fiona, our 'Culturalist,' who went above and beyond by delivering drinks and desserts to our room daily – a truly heartwarming gesture. The breakfast was a definite highlight, offering authentic Baoluo noodles, a wide variety of steamed dim sum, and freshly squeezed juices to kickstart our day. However, a minor drawback was the weak air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant. Dining in Sanya's intense heat meant sweating quite a bit, and we hope the hotel addresses this soon.
The guest rooms, starting at 88 square meters, were spacious and airy, with powerful air conditioning that quickly provided a refreshing escape from the outdoor heat. The buggy service was prompt and responsive, always available when called. The in-room mini-bar, stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, was a generous touch. The daily complimentary afternoon tea from 3 to 4 PM, as well as the free-flow white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, and peanuts served at the bar from 8 to 9 PM, added to the overall vacation enjoyment.
I have two suggestions for improvement: First, the breakfast restaurant urgently needs stronger air conditioning. Second, the disposable beach slippers provided in the rooms were not very comfortable; I hope they can be replaced with more durable and comfortable options. These minor issues aside, the overall experience was nearly perfect, and I'm confident that with these details refined, the hotel will reach even greater heights.

It's truly a hidden gem for budget travelers, offering outstanding value for money – a top choice for anyone traveling on a shoestring. Among hotels in its class, it's hard to find a competitor that offers such good value.
The hotel has a very distinctive vibe; all staff greet you with their special 'Aloha' welcome, which is warm and exotic. The moment you step into the lobby, you're enveloped in a cozy, healing atmosphere.
The rooms are meticulously clean; the floors, bathrooms, and bedding are all tidy and dry. While some facilities in the room show their age and are a bit old-fashioned, they are well-maintained, and there are no inconveniences during your stay. The lobby and room cleaning staff are genuinely kind and friendly, providing thoughtful and warm service. This time, I stayed with my child, and the room cleaner, noticing I had a kid, thoughtfully provided an extra children's toiletries set.
After checking out and returning home, I realized I had left my electric toothbrush in the room. I didn't expect to get it back, but to my surprise, the hotel called to confirm my shipping information and helped mail it back to me. Their attentive service moves me every time. When I return to this area in the future, I will definitely prioritize booking the Aloha Hotel again.

GGuest UserI stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.
