GGuest UserThe room was huge, bigger than any Sanya hotel I've stayed in before, and the balcony was incredibly spacious! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong Southeast Asian vibe. There's even a waterslide by the pool, which the kids loved 🛝. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, they even call it the 'singing beach' 🏝️. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both à la carte options and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. My favorite was the freshly made and cooked lobster wontons 👍. There was also a great selection of fruits. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant was also good 👍, with authentic Thai flavors. The Baiwei Chinese restaurant was decent too 👍, meeting our expectations! As a Trip.com guest, we received special treatment and were upgraded to a sea-view room for free! This stay was an excellent value for money, especially since I used my Trip.com member points 👍.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is superb, right by Clear Water Bay, making it incredibly convenient. The entire hotel is beautifully designed with a luxurious feel that is both sophisticated and pleasing to the eye.
Our butler, Parker, was absolutely amazing this time around. He contacted us even before we checked in and went above and beyond to help us with everything. His service was incredibly attentive, patient, and excellent. Thank you, Parker, for reserving a room with an even better view and for preparing a little surprise for us. We'll definitely look for you again next time! Our experience was truly fantastic.
Morning wake-up call (7-8 am daily): The biscuits were delicious.
Couple's social hour experience: The happy hour drinks at 5:30 pm were really good and high quality. They genuinely care for every guest.
The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, served semi-buffet style. The taste was superb! It's the first time I've encountered a hotel that serves cocktails at breakfast. Whether it was the stir-fries, main courses, desserts, or fruits, everything was perfect and of excellent quality.
The beach sand was incredibly fine, and the sea was a stunning blue on good weather days with light breezes.
The public areas are designed beautifully and are very picturesque, perfect for photos. It truly amplified the vacation vibe.
The service attitude throughout the hotel was exceptionally good. A big thank you to everyone we met; your patient service was much appreciated.
We will definitely return! Five-star rating, highly recommended, exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Parker!

The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and everything you could need was provided. The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was varied and didn't disappoint. Its location near the beach, with access to jet skis and sailing, is a huge plus, and it's also convenient for getting around. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Hygiene: Very clean, and the room was cleaned daily.
Environment: Absolutely fantastic, nestled between mountains and the sea. The greenery and landscaping within the resort, along with the sea views of Xiangshui Bay, are all incredibly beautiful! 👍
Service: Excellent. I stayed for three nights, and due to high demand at the time, I had made two separate bookings. The staff kindly helped coordinate and arrange for a single room so I didn't have to switch rooms in the middle of my stay, which saved a lot of hassle.
The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, and it's close to Boundary Island. The only downside is that there's nothing outside the hotel, so it's best suited if you plan to spend all your time eating, drinking, and relaxing within the hotel itself.

The layout of the room is very warm and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and soft, which made me sleep well all night. Night views are beautiful, and the quiet environment is perfect for a stroll. With minimal light pollution, the stars are also stunning.

KkimiThe room is big, with two 1.8-meter beds, which is enough for a family. As for the shortcomings, the facilities are a bit old, especially the elevator. There is no floor display, so you have to guess whether to go up or down. Sometimes there is no light in the corridor. Is it to save electricity? One of the swimming pools in the west area is not open? The buffet is very average, there is no bacon, only the chicken sausage is not delicious, the bread is simple and not delicate, there are too few sauces in the flour area, no meat, only tomato and egg, eggplant and pickled mustard greens, etc., meat lovers will be disappointed! Recommended places to play around are Fuli Bay and Monkey Island. There is also a triangular building. Occasionally I went there by mistake. It is also very good. BBanjiebenyuConsidering the price includes tickets for two people, a boat ride for two, and an overnight stay on the island, it's pretty good value for money. Given that, I won't even bother reviewing the service or the product itself. Pros: If you're coming to Boundary Island, this is a great deal. You can catch both sunrise and sunset, and it only takes about two hours to walk around the entire island without getting tired. It's quiet at night, and the scenery is genuinely beautiful. Cons: The room facilities definitely have issues. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower leaked, and the sheets and bedding felt a bit damp.
P.S. I wouldn't recommend any of the recommended activities on the island.

HHammer88What can I say about this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The staff at this location made everything better. The location is a nice break away from the hectic. The beach at your footstep and a nice shaded area by the pool. Did I mention the staff? So wonderful and went beyond what was needed or asked for. I will always remember my short stay there and recommend this hotel.. the only complaint and it’s not about the hotel but on the island is the lack of smoking regulations. People smoke everywhere, restaurants, the washrooms.. everywhere. I really do hope that changes. Again my thanks to the staff at this location
