From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

11881822****The location is very good, you can walk to the beach in two minutes, in the middle of the bay, you can see Atlantis and Wuzhizhou Island, there are water motorcycles and sailing projects around, if you don't want to move, you can lie on the beach chair and watch the sea. It is also comfortable, the beach is flat, and the sea is clear. The rooms in the homestay are quite big, with a pool, and there is a swimming pool to swim casually. It is comfortable to lie on the floating blanket. Every day, the ripe tropical fruits on the tree will be delivered, and the fresh taste is good. The homestay is by the artificial lake, there is no high-rise building next to it and it is not on the main road. The whole is very quiet and suitable for relaxing vacation.

FFAYECHEN.After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights.
The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise!
The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning.
The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants.
The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service.
Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed.
In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Sanyue for three nights. Honestly, I came for a family trip, but compared to Haitang Bay, there was a significant drop in quality. The hotel's decor, especially in the public areas, wasn't really my style. It felt quite a bit behind international five-star chains, though the room decor itself was actually pretty good.
The hotel beach is quite narrow and has a slope, but the waves aren't big, so it's good for playing, and there are lots of interesting things to find. Getting around by taxi is very convenient, and it's not far from the highway exit. There's a Haitang Town behind the hotel with a few dining options. We also had a meal on the 20th floor of the hotel; the portions were small, but the taste was decent. Breakfast was pretty standard, and with more people recently, we had to queue.
The staff were all very enthusiastic, always helping to open car doors and handle luggage when we got in and out of taxis. The go-karts were fun. However, the water park not being heated needs to be reconsidered. Also, the heated rooftop pool is too small, though it might be fine in the summer.
Overall, I really didn't expect my child (first grader) to be uninterested in the water park, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. A taxi to Fenjiezhou Island costs around 200 RMB, and to Lingshui Station about 100 RMB. So, the location isn't very friendly if you don't have a car. It's probably more suitable for younger children.

The hotel's ambiance is undeniably fantastic – it's both mysterious and elegant, with the designer showcasing various impressive skills, creating a strong artistic atmosphere and sophisticated touches everywhere. The facilities are not only complete and perfect but also rival the best in the industry. The professionalism of the bar, in particular, is worth mentioning – for those who love a good drink, this is the place to be! Overall, highly recommended! A huge shout-out to our butler Anna!

GGuest UserFacilities: I saw many online reviews and was scared to book. I only gritted my teeth and placed the order after arriving at the entrance, but it turned out to be great from the lobby to the room. I was carrying my luggage the whole time, so I didn't get a chance to take photos.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with crisp white bedding.
Environment: Absolutely beautiful. Next time I come to Clear Water Bay, I will definitely stay here again. After seeing the other surroundings, I feel no regret in staying at the Westin.
Service: As soon as I placed the order, a butler named Kelly contacted me on WeChat, checking in on me and showing great care. Since I had a child, she even turned on the dehumidifier and air conditioning in advance, prepared toiletries for the child, and helped with parking, etc. The only thing is that the hotel required a deposit upon check-in, which seems rare for hotels nowadays. The breakfast was excellent.
Children's activities were rich and varied.

FFree-DominicI stayed at both Capella and Park Hyatt during this trip, and overall I was quite satisfied with Capella, but there's definitely room for improvement in the finer details of their service.
The resort is quite large, so if you don't want to walk, you'll need to wait for a buggy, which can take a while. Delivering items to the room also takes some time.
The room had two 1.5-meter queen-sized beds, which was plenty for a family of three. It was very spacious and faced the ocean directly. The sofa on the balcony was incredibly comfortable to lie on.
Aside from alcoholic beverages, all drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary. The bathroom was also very large and had a bathtub for soaking.
The hotel facilities are excellent; you truly don't need to leave the property. It's perfect for families with kids, allowing parents to truly relax and enjoy their vacation.
The beach at night was especially beautiful, and you could even set off fireworks. There was also a BBQ and live band performances by the beach.
Suggestion: The flip-flops in the room could be replaced with regular slippers. The flip-flops tend to cause blisters very quickly, which is incredibly painful. A wider range of sizes would also be helpful.

MM-nangeTraveling with my parents on a self-driving trip, I chose this Sheraton for its brand reputation, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Located right by the sea, the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff, especially one gentleman and one lady, provided excellent service. We arrived a bit late and my parents were tired from the drive, but they quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool and gym were also nice. I even forgot an item when we left, and they kindly mailed it back to me, which I really appreciate. If I get the chance to visit Lingshui again, I'll definitely stay here.

YYuanyuangungunjunAn amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Fuli Ocean Park Lingshui! You can watch the fireworks from the park, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Ocean Park with quick entry privileges. Super convenient to head back to the hotel when you're tired. The outdoor pool has a fantastic tropical vibe, and the kids absolutely loved the bubble party in the splash pool. Hebbe provided excellent and attentive service. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including Hainanese specialties. Everything from the facilities to the service was top-notch. Our whole family had a fantastic time – it's the perfect choice for a family vacation!

I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in.
