This is an amazing value-for-money seaside B&B! My friends all thought I was abroad. I'm so glad I booked such a great room every day, I just want to stay home and not go out at all, haha! Environment: We stayed in Lingshui for six days, and every time we opened the curtains, the sea view was absolutely stunning. The scenery was amazing, beautiful both on cloudy and sunny days, especially the orange sea and the sunset. There's a beach downstairs for beachcombing, and there's also a small swimming pool and swings—fun and great for taking photos. Cleanliness: There was room service every day, and I especially want to praise the cleaning ladies—they were incredibly attentive and responsible. Although it's a B&B, it has hotel-like management; the room was clean and tidy every day, which made me feel great. Facilities: The whole room has smart home features; the Xiaodu smart speaker can turn the lights on and off, and draw the curtains—super convenient and hassle-free. Service: The front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, and the service is excellent. They can lend you electric bikes, help with parking and moving cars, and solve all sorts of problems, big and small. They even helped us get rid of the large cockroach that flew into our open balcony—thank you so much! The only inconvenience is staying in a village; passing other vehicles during rush hour can be difficult and traffic can be congested. However, the village isn't large, so it's manageable. Eating is very convenient; there are several good seafood restaurants in the village, and the seafood is very fresh. You can borrow an electric scooter from the front desk to eat. Zhao Yiming, a pharmacy, and even a local Shanghai auntie (hahaha) are also quite convenient. I really didn't want to leave when the holiday ended; I wish I could have stayed a few more nights! 😭

This hotel is quite new. Situated in a very convenient location; you can access to the Monkey Island ferries and cable car in walking distance within 10 minutes. Therefore, you can have easy access to the floating restaurants and the Danjia homes and fish farms. Nearby the hotel, there are restaurants and supermarkets. It is also quite close to the night market in Xinjian Road where you have many choices of restaurants in evening. Hotel room is clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provide some bread, buns, boiled eggs and coffee & tea for breakfast. We are satisfied with this hotel!

This hotel is located in Lingshui, very close to Haitang Bay, with a commercial complex not far away. The hotel complex offers excellent privacy and the garden design is superb. The room's interior facilities and equipment are all new, the overall design is great, and it's very clean; definitely not an old, rundown B&B villa. With its first-line sea view and pool, this room is worth the price – great value for money! The front desk and service staff are polite and attentive. Highly recommended!!!! Full marks! The hotel doesn't have the fanciest facade, but the room was really good with surprisingly good sound proof windows and walls - though, nothing will save you from the loud neighbors in the hall. The neighbourhood similarly, doesn't look much at day time, but shines after the sunset - there is a night market nearby and a good freshly brewed beer shop behind the food stalls. What we didn't like is the stained carpet in the hall and the stained floor in the room - it needs some extra cleaning.

Seriously, I've finally found my dream oceanfront B&B in Lingshui! Pull back the curtains and you're greeted by the azure ocean, its surface glistening like scattered diamonds. Every breath is infused with the sweet, clean scent of the sea breeze. The B&B's pool is incredibly photogenic; its blue and white palette perfectly complements the distant coastline. Every shot turns into a picture-perfect vacation memory. But my absolute favorite was the private soaking tub. Soaking in the warm tub at night, gazing up at a sky full of stars with the gentle lapping of waves as my soundtrack – all my worries and tiredness just melted away. Come to Lingshui and let your days unfold like a beautiful poem!

Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

A must-try, once-in-a-lifetime overwater stay! This isn't a beachfront hotel; it's a genuine Tanka fishing raft wooden house floating right on Xin Cun Port, with complimentary boat transfers provided by the guesthouse for all arrivals and departures – talk about an unforgettable experience! 🌊 We booked the panoramic sea view room, which had a stylish blend of natural wood and Tanka ocean elements. The 270° floor-to-ceiling windows meant we could watch both sunrise and sunset right from our bed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, they even provided a dehumidifier, so it never felt damp. Step out of your room and you can go beachcombing, or join activities like pulling up ground cages, glass-bottom boat rides, and sea fishing. Breakfast featured freshly cooked seafood congee and Hainanese noodles. The fishing raft walkways connect to form an intricate network of 'streets' over the water. At night, with all the twinkling lights, it felt like stepping into the aquatic world of 'Spirited Away.' It's super family-friendly; our kids didn't want to leave. The minor downsides were occasional unstable Wi-Fi and inconvenient food delivery, but honestly, that's all part of the authentic overwater living experience. Next time, I'll bring the whole family back to fully immerse ourselves in the Tanka culture!

This hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.

I read a lot of reviews before coming here and thought it would be very bad. But after coming here, I found that it is actually okay, quite clean, only 20 meters away from the beach, and the sea is outside the window. The children are very comfortable doing their homework on the balcony. The breakfast is simple but filling. For meals, you can go to the pier and take the bus boat to the new village opposite. There is a free shuttle to the pier. The most important thing is that you can avoid the entrance fee to Monkey Island by staying here. You can stop anytime and anywhere to feed the monkeys along the way. The children like it very much. Daidai Island is right next to it. It is very beautiful and suitable for self-driving!
