The location is super convenient, right across from the metro station, and within walking distance to Mercado Bom Sucesso, which has plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. The room was clean and tidy, but since it's so close to the metro, you can definitely hear the trains passing by. It might not be ideal for those sensitive to noise.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff (specifically the young man) was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

1️⃣ **Location:** It's in an older, somewhat remote part of the city. While there are cafes and small supermarkets nearby, the surroundings look like a construction site. 2️⃣ **Biggest Headache:** The subway station is directly beneath the building. If it were a 3-5 minute walk away, that would be fine, but the trains run every 3-5 minutes, and I didn't get a wink of sleep all night. The Porto metro doesn't even stop at night! The price is completely out of sync with the facilities – nearly 900 RMB per person/day, plus a 3-euro city tax (cash only). There's a transportation hub across the street with ongoing excavation, making the whole area feel quite desolate. 3️⃣ If you walk just 5 minutes towards the central square, you'll find many other hotels priced between 500-700 RMB, which are much more affordable. 4️⃣ The hotel doesn't even provide basic bottled water.

The hotel is close to the subway, so if you're sensitive to noise, it's best to book a higher floor.

The soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great. The buffet breakfast was nothing special. The hotel is in a good location. There’s a tube station right outside. Transport links are excellent. The staff are very friendly. It’s easy to communicate with them. Overall, it’s a decent place.

This hotel had construction noise all night, plus the metro passes just a few meters away, making it impossible to sleep! Our family room was for 2 adults and 2 children, and there wasn't a single closet! Just a coat rack. Seriously, where are you supposed to put all the kids' clothes, shoes, etc.? The shower didn't drain properly, causing water to overflow, and they didn't even offer to change our room! And the breakfast was very, very average! I would never stay here again!

The hotel itself is superb and the service is excellent, no complaints there. However, the soundproofing is really not good: we had trouble falling asleep due to the noise, whether it was from the TV, the neighbors talking, or even the subway.

I was in the area for some errands and booked a family suite. The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. Check-out was incredibly fast! Overall, very satisfied.
