Un hotel pulito, accogliente e prossimo al centro storico, con un personale davvero eccezionale, disponibile e gentile. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo ritrovati positivi al covid a sorpresa durante la nostra vacanza di capodanno mentre eravamo presso l’hotel. Se non avessimo avuto la loro disponibilità, dal reperire il cibo, ai farmaci e mille altre cortesie quotidiane, avremmo avuto dei seri problemi di gestione della situazione. Non finirò mai di ringraziarli. ❤️

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, good location. Maybe a 20 minute walk from the waterfront, lots of places to eat & drink on the way down to the river.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were friendly even when I kept on insisting that I had already paid for my stay (I was wrong). There is no elevator in hotel but I got help to take up my luggage and down again on check-out without needing to ask. The room is incredibly cosy and spacious. I liked best the roofed balcony where the kettle, tea, coffee were situated. The bathroom was newly refurbished with plenty of complimentary toiletries, adequate water temperature and pressure. Very quiet and serene at night.

Hotel vecchio stile a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Zona tranquilla e con diversi bar e ristoranti in zona. L'hotel è un po troppo datato, ma è pulito. Note negative: moquette ovunque e senza ascensore (che con una valigia da 20 kg diventa dura arrivare al terzo piano)

Piccolo hotel tipico portoghese situato nelle immediate vicinanze del centro storico. Pulizia impeccabile, disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato per chi cerca un alloggio essenziale. Se dovessi tornare a Porto sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura.

Stayed for three nights, very clean, comfortable room, with great shower.Receptionist really helpful. Would recommend, for traditional stay, in older building,location around 20 min walk from the river. Didn’t have breakfast, would have liked more tea/ coffee but am sure if asked would have some. Would recommend

Hotel aconchegante no Porto, familiar e muito bom...as pessoas maravilhosas. Voltando ao Porto ficarei novamente aqui...os proprietários e funcionários muito atenciosos. Não ´muito longe das principais atrações, mercados e restaurantes perto

Um hotel espectacular, tudo fantástico, desde o atendimento às instalações ao pequeno almoço. Sendo que tudo é de um nível fantástico o pessoal é de destacar, preocupados, atenciosos, excelente serviço ao cliente. Recomendo este hotel é dos melhores onde já estivemos.
