The location is great, next to the Sacred Heart Cathedral in the old city. It’s convenient for playing, shopping and eating! The boss is from Xi'an, very affordable! The waiters speak Chinese and English. Domestic friends don’t have to worry about colluding when they come. Another key is to be economical and able to cook for yourself. I can't seem to find anything more economical.

The location of the hotel is the biggest selling point, just in the small street directly opposite the Latin Bridge, it is convenient to walk to the attractions of the old city. The hotel does not allow traffic in front of the hotel, so the address given by the hotel on Ctrip is the nearest address where the taxi can stop. In fact, the taxi is taken to the old town inside the block, and there is a yellow sign at the street. In exchange for money, the hotel is next to a pub and north, and the old town hotel is seen from the height of the four-story façade. Presidential is an understatement for this superior, modern hotel in the heart of Sarajevo’s attractions, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Our Overseas Adventure Travel tour group was assigned to this hotel. The tour company could not have made a better selection. The room I occupied overlooked the river and the base of a mountain range. The room is beyond spectacular, especially considering less expensive rooms are generally assigned to tour groups. The bathroom features an entire glass wall with curtains to close for privacy. But why? Many of the rooms overlook a busy street and the river. Besides, who’d want to look at a 71-year-old geezer shaving?☺ Windows are insulated blocking cold and street noise. The room is spacious, clean, modern, and has all creature comforts. But beware of the minibar prices. There are small grocers nearby that sell wine for about 6 euros. Buffet breakfast was included for tour group members, so I don’t know if there’s a separate charge for other guests. The hotel staff are amazing and courteous. If only Orlando area hotels could learn from Hotel President Sarajevo.

There are very few reviews, just because it is close to the old city and can park a car, I booked it blindly. I couldn't find it on the navigation system, and it was difficult to park on the hilly road. I came down to find someone and walked around for a long time before I found the house number. The iron door was tightly closed. After ringing the doorbell for a long time, a father and son came out and confirmed the order with us in a daze. , and at the same time kept telling us ”no problem, no problem”, and then picked up our car and parked it in the garage in his yard. In fact, the navigation guide is at the back door of his house. It is very convenient to go out to the old city from the back door. The smiles and enthusiasm of the father and son calmed our anxiety. We settled down with peace of mind and used the kitchen they provided to cook Chinese food. We were quite satisfied.

Perfect little hotel for the early morning train to Mostar! By taxi it's only 5 mins away. Everything is clean and comfy. They packed me a takeaway breakfast that I could enjoy on the train! The day receptionist was amazing but the lady in the night was clueless. I had to walk all the way to the gas station (~10mins) to get a bottle of water, because the room doesn't come with any. But she forgot(?) to inform me that the tap water is drinkable! 1:30am in my pyjamas to quench a late night thirst wasn't fun. Bathtub was a bit weird to use, as the hose didn't extend and seemed like it was only available as a jacuzzi/ tub format, instead of a shower.

The biggest issue is the renovation and construction going on. They are replacing the carpets and things are ripped up everywhere and the new carpets smell horrible. I was on the 9th floor and they were doing this one the 10th floor, or at least storing something there. I could smell it everywhere. Then, perhaps to cover the smell, they decided to start painting the hallway when it was full of guests! Now it smelled like paint and workers were painting and blocking the rooms. I complained about this when I checked out and the staff was very unhelpful and sort of muttered and walked away after telling me something that probably can not be in this review. Honestly, I tried to resolve this directly before I left, but the front desk was not interested so I said, okay, I'm going to contact Accor and write some reviews. The staff in general was quite unprofessional for this quality of hotel and need some more training. They lounge in the backroom on a couch in view of the lobby or play on their phones. The room was also dirty and the bathroom is very small. Breakfast wasn't bad, but crowded. The hotel is quite far from all the tourist parts of Sarajevo. I've had to alter this review a few times, so hopefully it will work now.

Hotel is really nice, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and i have to mention that juice for breakfast is freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade. Big plus in my eyes. All in all excellent experience and surely if i come back to Sarajevo will visit this hotel again.

5590masamWe spent a wonderful weekend in Sarajevo. Aparthotel is located very close to the city center and is especially great if you like to take walks- city sights, restaurants, shopping centers are all located within a 20-25 minute easy walk. The hotel is situated on a hill so returning on foot can be tiring. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable and it bothered us that the maximum on the thermostat was set to 22 degrees(which was low for us). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cigarette. The hotel also has an underground parking garage where you can safely leave your car free of charge. All in all I would recommend this place.

I was part of an organized tour so did not choose this hotel. When I arrived the air conditioning was turned off and the outside temperature was in the high 30's. The room was like an oven. The only person working in the hotel was on Reception and although - she tried to help me nothing worked. I had to open the window at night and hope for the best. It was finally fixed the following day. The room was tiny. There was a fridge installed at the end of the bed but it was impossible to open the door of the fridge because the end of the bed was jammed up against it!! How stupid! Why have a fridge if you can't open the door. The breakfast was very very poor. It was help yourself but there seemed to be nobody coming in to replenish the food ie. bread ran out but nobody came and filled it up. The only choice of coffee was instant. Very little choice and of poor quality. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. BTW - there were notices on the window claiming that there were services such as massages and saunas. When I asked i was told that they had stopped doing them - Again - why hadn't these notices been removed. The whole place needed someone to get a grip everything is done on the cheap.

The service is five-star, and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options to meet the needs of different tastes. The room is also very large, with a space dedicated to large suitcases.

GGuest UserThird time staying here, and I cannot conceive staying anywhere else in this beautiful city. Fantastic location overlooking Ferhadija. Room 103-eastward facing with a covered balcony cannot be bettered if you are a single traveller. The staff are friendly and helpful. I cannot conceive of staying anywhere else during my next visit, even if I were paid to stay elsewhere!
