We were in Villa V. The view is just incredible and the villa is superb and has great potential. Clearly still getting started and we feel that everything is not finished on site (in the complex with around ten villas). Very surprising: the downstairs rooms are only accessible via a small path and not through the villa (not practical and not great with young children). It already started badly, there was an error in the car that came to pick us up at the port (2 and a half hours away). They were wrong and we had to change on the road, quite a story. The Butler who accompanied us was of a good standard and we had a great day exploring Lombok. The picnic on their very nice private beach, the sports complex very good (we did padel tennis). The barbecue on the terrace was of a very good standard and well prepared. Unfortunately full of "details" not acceptable at this level of service. - average accuracy and long response times vs. questions, excursions and general organization. Several interlocutors who don't really talk to each other. - swimming pool too cold. It's just magical, so what a waste it is to barely bathe. - average and impractical food (small menu, no restaurant on site, etc.) + by the time the dishes arrive, it's almost always cold - permanent delays (breakfast delivery 50 minutes late, 30 minutes for the car to go to the airport etc...)
