What a find.Charlotte has designed and brought about the restoration of this magnificent small boutique hotel which she runs with her husband and very friendly efficient staff. It ticks all the boxes- very comfy bed and pillows,beautiful decor in the bedrooms and main areas with a lot of thought to the lighting.Lovely bar area and v good cocktails. The steam room and indoor bubbly pool (needs to be booked) are so worthwhile. Dinner in the adjoining restaurant was exceptional.

Avoir l'opportunité de revenir dans ce petit bijou a été un bonheur total. Le raffinement des senteurs, la porte passée, est un premier pas dans le raffinement voulu par les propriétaire des lieux. Cet improbable enchevêtrement d'escaliers en colimaçon, de chambres alternées sur la cour moyenâgeuse, d'espaces de détente dans l'ancienne cave en pierre, de détails qui vous mettent dans une bulle à l'écart du monde ont une nouvelle fois rempli leur rôle. La qualité des prestations fait écho à la décoration design et raffinée des chambres. Cette fois, après une blanche, j'en avais choisi une noire :) La salle de bains avec sa baie vitrée coulissante, cette douche à petits carreaux noirs et blancs, l'espace détente et, au-delà de tout, l'insonorisation totale alors qu'une musique lounge anime les espaces communs étaient un havre de paix. Impossible de finir sans parler du salon de thé ou de l'espace du petit déjeuner où le personnel, à l'instar des dirigeants, est à l'écoute et attentif sans lourdeurs pour proposer un beau moment culinaire. Le Petit Hôtel Confidentiel ? Un écrin secret au coeur de cette belle ville de Chambéry qui mérite pleinement une telle confidence.
