Beau spa et cadre agréable mais attitude très désagréable et arrogante des propriétaires qui a gâché notre séjour. Ce qui nous a déplu aussi : Suivi aléatoire des problèmes techniques Restaurant quelconque - préparations à partir de poudre et cela se goûte ! Beau bar mais aucun service. Nous y avons passé 2 soirées sans qu’on nous propose une boisson (et pas de thé/café disponible dans la chambre) A savoir : distance pour les remontées de ski + de 600 m et non 200 m comme indiqué sur le site de l’hôtel. Évitez la chambre 302, la disposition de la baignoire dans la sous pente rend son utilisation vraiment inconfortable. De plus il n’y a aucune possibilité de s’assoir à 2 dans la chambre malgré la grande taille de la pièce. Bref nous n’y retournerons pas et nous ne le conseillons pas. Il y a très probablement mieux dans la jolie station de Champoluc qui bénéficie d’un agréable domaine skiable de taille moyenne.

Un hotel dove sentirsi ‘a casa’. Struttura curata nei minimi particolari in ogni angolo, arredata con gusto e che emana calore. I titolari e il personale gentilì e disponibili, con garbo e discrezione La spa una chicca dove passare qualche ora il relax. Il ristorante eccellente. Che dire di più…se non che torneremo con piacere!

We stayed at this beautiful small-scale hotel with our two children during Christmas. The service was very personal and excellent. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. Our room was cozy and spacious enough for our family, with a nice separate area for the children. After skiing, we enjoyed the heated pool every day. The free storage for our skis at the ski lift was perfect. We had a great time! Top-notch!

Bella struttura, ampio parcheggio, camera in stile montano curata, pulita, ampia, altrettanto il bagno con doppia doccia. Colazione varia, dolce/salata, generosa nell'offerta. Cena di ottima qualità. Personale gentile e sollecito. Spa con tutto quanto serve per il perfetto relax; solo la vasca idromassaggio "sottotono" poichè veniva iniettata ben poca aria e, sostanzialmente, l'effetto di idromassaggio era decisamente blando, pressochè insufficiente. Bella la vasca esterna. Soggiorno decisamente piacevole. Meritevole.

Premessa: deve piacere lo stile montano rustico...e a me piace! Quindi per me l'hotel è molto bello, curato, pulizia ineccepibile, super accogliente in tutti gli ambienti...la camera con letto confortevole, balcone e meravigliosa vista sul Monte Rosa, la Taverna col camino acceso per una magica atmosfera, la SPA, il giardino e la piscina esterna per un piacevole relax...aggiungiamo le ottime colazioni e le deliziose cene e un personale di sala gentile e simpatico...di più non si può!!! Devo fare solo un appunto: a me personalmente non sono piaciuti gli addobbi di fiori finti nella sala da pranzo e ho sentito la mancanza di uno specchio a figura intera in camera (c'era solo lo specchio in bagno, tra l'altro un poco buio) ....ma questi sono solo piccoli particolari dovuti al gusto personale che non influiscono sul giudizio complessivo che rimane ottimo, positivo, super!!!

The Views are absolutely beautiful of the Italian Alps, There is Hospitable and Brilliant Staff, There is a Lovely Bar in the basement full of games and everyone’s favorite drinks, There are Good Meals also, Have been before and will go again

Bellissimo hotel con camere in legno che ti fanno sentire il calore della montagna, la Spa con la piscina riscaldata all' aperto sono veramente TOP, tutto è curato e ben tenuto. La colazione è ottima ma soprattutto la cena merita sicuramente un elogio particolare allo chef per la cura e la preparazione dei piatti, il servizio in sala è stato perfetto. Da ritornarci.
