Family-friendly Hotels in Changchun

The hotel is old-fashioned and quite standard. When the times change, the hotel also lags behind. But after all, the price is higher than that of the express hotel, so it is better to contact the hotel to make it right. My husband went to the two-person world for his birthday. We communicated in advance whether it could be simply decorated, that is, the bath towels were arranged in a shape, which the hotel could not do. You can do without the welcome fruit, but don't use something that looks like it has been a few days and is not fresh. It will directly lower your grade and pattern. The hotel has a bathtub, which is the configuration of a high-end hotel, but in today's society you don't have a disposable fish tank cover, so is it a decoration? The dry and wet separation bathroom cannot be used, just stand in the bathtub to take a bath. The toiletries used, the amount of washing at one time. The comb, the experience of combing hair. And so on, etc., all the conclusions are that the current business is average, and it can only cut costs if it can't increase revenue. I really feel that it shouldn't develop like this. It used to be such an excellent hotel. As a Changchun person, I feel it's a pity.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

I arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. Although it was not the check-in time, the front desk lady was very nice and checked me in and upgraded the room. Thank you very much! The hotel restaurant is very convenient. You can scan the code to place an order and it will be delivered directly to the room. The price is affordable and the portion is large. I am very satisfied with the overall service and will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

The location is good, the attractions are all around, the old site of Changying is opposite, there is a mountain next door, and the No. 54 tram is downstairs. The hotel has a good sanitary environment, especially the service staff has a good attitude and first-class service. Special praise for the beautiful staff named Hu at the front desk, who is responsible for her work and solved many problems for us. Very good accommodation experience.

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

The cost-effectiveness is very high, mainly for hygiene. Such hotels are very reassuring for parent-child travel. Nanhu Park is across the road. I played in Nanhu Park for two days, which is convenient. The breakfast is not as exaggerated as the comments say, it is more average, and the chicken soup feels very light. I don’t know if it is a local habit in Changchun.

Very cost-effective, the front desk check-in efficiency is very high, the service is good, the room card is prepared in advance, the Max service at the front desk is very professional, always smiling, and even gave us a blind box, Tian Xiaoling at the front desk warmly prepared fruit tea, which made me feel happy They also enthusiastically recommended nearby food and attractions. The coffee machine on the first floor is well equipped. It is very convenient to have a cup every morning. The surrounding area of ​​the coffee machine is also very clean. I can sit in the lobby and have a cup of coffee in the morning to start. What a wonderful day. I will only stay here when I come to Jingyue in the future. Highly recommended.
