Hi Inn Hotels in Changchun

The hotel environment is good. There are many restaurants nearby. It is convenient to travel. The room is comfortable and quiet. There is also a robot to deliver food. It is very smart. Xue Bing at the front desk is thoughtful and attentive, polite and enthusiastic. The service attitude is very good. The stay experience is good

Nice room. Stayed one night. The only problem was a cigarette smoke smell, even though the room was no smoking. Overall, good place to stay - cheap price, good location.

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

Clean & still in good shape. Making a comeback after being closed due to Covid & switched name & owners. Still a little slow in the lobby for foreigners, but better than my previous stay. Close to 3 Monkey's Irish Pub & city light rail.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The front desk Yueliang 🌙 greeted us warmly and cordially. The room was clean and tidy. Xiaoyan helped with the luggage. When we checked out, Donana also helped to deliver the luggage to the car. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were very professional and handled the problems very well. They were able to provide services to guests in a timely manner. I am very satisfied

Sanitary conditions: Check in on the first night, My friends and I used nearly twenty alcohol wipes Wipe bedside table, sink, water bar After wiping, the wet wipes are dark gray and gray. The bottom of the hand sanitizer on the sink is full of foam when I wipe it. Facilities: -The room only has central air conditioning, which cannot be adjusted, and only heating in winter The heating in the room is really sufficient and it's so dry that I can't sleep There is no humidifier in the room, you need to bring your own -There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I never expected -The indoor ventilation fan is located above the door and is the ventilation fan of the air conditioner. Indoor exhaust gas is constantly circulating, returning odor, and the ventilation fan is extremely noisy Seriously affects my rest -The application water provided by the hotel is actually Ipoh A hotel that costs nearly 800 RMB a night, The drinking water and water bar drinks provided are so average Not as good as ordinary hotel supply -The pillows only have down pillows, which are not supportive at all. The manager first apologized to the operator and helped me change my drinking water. I originally wanted to have a better experience during my two-day trip to Changchun before booking this hotel, but I was extremely disappointed.
