The lobby smells great when you enter it. The front desk CR is very welcoming. When the room needed bedding, it was delivered very promptly. The breakfast was also delicious. The coffee and soy milk were especially tasty. I left my toiletries when I checked out, and the front desk contacted and mailed them in time. It was a very good stay experience. I will choose here again next time!

They were proactive in offering help, very professional, and their service was swift. Every detail showed how thoughtful and dedicated the hotel is. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was stable with fast internet speeds. The breakfast was rich and varied, and absolutely delicious, making sure you start your day energized.

Overall a great hotel to stay in. Has a mall nearby but metro quite a walk away. Had 2 separate bookings as we went off to another location before coming back again. More in dept review in the other booking.

Stayed at Huayou with my family, and it was a perfect experience! The location is unbeatable; it's close to everything, and parking is convenient. The room amenities are comprehensive, everything is spotlessly clean, and it feels as comfortable as home. The hotel's pool was a pleasant surprise – the water is clean and heated, and my child spent the whole afternoon there, not wanting to leave. I especially want to praise the breakfast; it's genuinely authentic, offering all sorts of home-style breakfast items like fried dough sticks, congee, noodles, and hot dishes. The taste is universally appealing, the ingredients are fresh and substantial. The hotel also offers a full range of complementary services, making it a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. My whole family was very satisfied!

We are a family of four and have children to send to school, so the two large beds were perfect for us. The accommodation was very quiet, and the cleaning was very timely. The taxi driver said that we were staying in the city center. I have to mention something that touched me. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the hotel front desk staff immediately gave me birthday wishes and a small gift. It shows that the hotel really put in a lot of effort. It was a pleasant trip.

A friend recommended this hotel while I was on a business trip to Changchun. It's located near Century Square, and there's a shopping mall right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for eating and shopping. Upon entering the lobby on the 15th floor, the staff greeted me and offered me a cup of tea. The room was clean and hygienic; overall, it was quite nice.
