The hotel environment is good. There are many restaurants nearby. It is convenient to travel. The room is comfortable and quiet. There is also a robot to deliver food. It is very smart. Xue Bing at the front desk is thoughtful and attentive, polite and enthusiastic. The service attitude is very good. The stay experience is good

Nice room. Stayed one night. The only problem was a cigarette smoke smell, even though the room was no smoking. Overall, good place to stay - cheap price, good location.

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Clean & still in good shape. Making a comeback after being closed due to Covid & switched name & owners. Still a little slow in the lobby for foreigners, but better than my previous stay. Close to 3 Monkey's Irish Pub & city light rail.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The room is spacious, well-planned, and has a terrace with a very wide view. The night view is beautiful! Hot spring vacation is also suitable. The hot spring ticket was not wasted. I took the time to enjoy it. No one in the swimming pool was particularly happy. In short, it is a good place to relax. The butler service is considerate and in place. From before arrival to leaving the hotel, he is responsive! The other staff are also very warm and thoughtful! The breakfast room is large, with many Western and Chinese choices, and the food is very good👍

I remember this place being guarded by armed soldiers back in the days when I grew up in Changchun. It hosted many top officials from China and many other countries. It was a surprise to see it open to the public now. We had a great experience staying there. This compound is unique in that it sits on a large piece of land with lakes, walking paths and bridges. This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff.

Came to Changchun to participate in the marathon. Stayed in this hotel. The transportation is convenient. The subway station is nearby. It is close to the stadium, Nanhu Park, and Northeast Normal University. It is also convenient to eat around. The hotel service is good. I forgot my bracelet at the hotel when I left. The front desk clerk called me and helped to mail it back to me. Thank you very much. The hotel is old and the room facilities are a bit old, but it can be seen that the maintenance is still good. I didn't experience breakfast due to time issues. I will choose this place again next time I come to Changchun.

The hotel isn't near to any places of attraction, nothing walkable for those who want to save on transportation, however the price is really good so still worth the effort. Their service is really good, just 1 call to room service and they will come immediately. They clean the room daily yet don't vacuum the room everyday.
