Hotels in Changchun with Swimming Pools

Very nice hotel situated right next to a subway station. The room was spacious. Check-in was fast. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say if It's good.

The lady who checked us in on the first night was very helpful and friendly. The room is old but is well maintained and very clean. The cleaning staff are great, very professional and serious about their work. However, the parking is poor. It is a very small car park which is difficult to get in and out of and is often very busy. At around 2pm on Thursday we arrived back at the hotel after exploring the city. We could not get into the car park, we waited on the street trying to get underground for 10 minutes. We finally called the hotel reception. The staff at the reception desk said ”yes, we are too busy, please wait on the street for a space or park somewhere else”. We asked, ”are only your guests allowed to use the car park”, she said ”I don't know, just wait, there is no solution”. This is not helpful at all, you expect to be able to leave your room, drive out and return without needing to wait 20 minutes to park your car again. Finally, the reception desk staff transferred the call to the staff in the car park who quickly fixed the problem, found another space and helped us to park. Thank you to the helpful and professional car parking staff. It is frustrating that the reception desk staff were so unhelpful and impolite about the situation.

Opening the quilt scared me, and the dirty and stained quilt was exposed. I suspect that a five-star hotel will not let the cover cover a dirty quilt accidentally touch it. After studying, this quilt is not sealed, but the other bed, no sealing is at the end of the bed, this is on the side of the bed. It was really eye-opening, and the first time I saw the quilt at the hotel.

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

After entering the hotel, you can feel the strong northeast atmosphere. There is a scene of the Northeast farmyard in the hotel lobby. You can take pictures and punch in. There are also ”small potatoes” dolls that can be taken together. The front desk staff and the security guard at the door have changed to costumes with a northeast atmosphere. Xiao Liu at the front desk service is also very good, sent my room with Northeast characteristics of fruit~

When I checked into the Changchun Jingyue Sheraton Hotel for the first time, I felt at home. The hotel decoration is luxurious and grand, the service staff are also very high-quality, the room size is large, the hotel location is also very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the scenery is picturesque. Overall The check-in experience was very good. Liu Xin and Wang Qianyi at the front desk were very enthusiastic. I will stay here for future business trips!

I never write a review. I have stayed in all five-star hotels in Changchun. The Courtyard by Marriott is really a service ceiling! Sister Xiaobao and Sister Xiaowang at the front desk are kind-hearted, the concierge department is full of details, the auntie in the guest room is warm and thoughtful, and the security uncle also gives a thumbs up👍All departments of the hotel give people a feeling of being at home, and will come again in the future.
