Check in was longer and with problems. The staff do not find the reservation. I showed my booking from ctrip. But they didn't believe. This is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel. Inadequate staff. The WC doesn't.work good. There are no power outlets on the side of the bed. The room was spacious and nice.

The location is very good. We can go to the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo. There are mountains here and the old site of Changchun Film Factory is very close. If the weather is warm, we can probably walk there, but in this weather... it is very cheap and fast to take a taxi online. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the bedding is great. Both those who like firmer pillows and those who like softer pillows will be happy (harder buckwheat pillows are really comfortable!). The bathroom is clean and the shower water is very good. Highly recommended. The gym facilities are a bit old, but they are almost adequate. There is one rowing machine, two treadmills, one elliptical machine, and others I don’t remember, but not many people use them... so it doesn’t have any impact. The service is very considerate, and the girls at the front desk are very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you for all the girls' help, including but not limited to helping us open the refrigerator, apply for additional room cards, etc. The surrounding small restaurants are also delicious...pot stickers, pot pork...it is recommended to order less if the number of people is small.

到長春來看航展，訂到了這家酒店，當時看中了裝修風格和交通，離長春站很近，公交車四站就能到，附近吃飯的地方也挺多，打車到航展現場也不貴，當時到的比較早，前台也很熱情的接待了我們，把行李寄存到前台就先去看航展了。房間真的很不錯，房門都有兩道，安全感十足，牆體還是實心的，隔音效果一級棒，還是第一次住這種主題酒店，實際看到的裝修風格也很棒，房間裏面也很乾凈，衛浴品牌是科勒的，還有智能馬桶蓋，性價比超高，下次來長春玩還訂這家店。
