Rooms are very spacious, quality of service are amazing ! Even the housekeepings are well trained! Best hotel I had experienced ever in Changsha, indeed will be visiting again ! Moreover mini bars are free of charge, all my needs are fulfilled , a great satisfaction I had through out this trip!

First of all, I would like to commend every colleague who has served me at this hotel. Each and every one of them has genuinely provided exceptional service to the customers, ensuring that I had three comfortable nights both physically and mentally. Lastly, the hotel facilities were excellent. For future visits, I suggest providing bathtub liners. The location is actually very convenient, right by Exit 1 of Meixi Lake West Station on Line 2. As soon as you reach the surface, turn right (there is currently a construction site), and it's just a 3-minute walk. When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!

Cosy and comfortable stay, highly recommend

The hotel is newly built, and all the facilities are relatively new, but not decorated. I like the design of independent bathroom space, toilet space and washing space. From the concierge at the door to the front desk service, the restaurant and bar service are very good. In November, I caught up with the promotion and stayed for four nights (two rooms). The mini bar in the house is free to drink, and the bar cocktails are given as a gift, which is very cost-effective. The location of the hotel is also very good, 100 meters away from Meixihu West subway station. This subway line goes directly to Yuelu Mountain, Orange Island and other attractions. There are delicious Hunan restaurants and Internet celebrity restaurants within one or two kilometers around the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about food and drink. It’s also great to take a walk by Meixi Lake when you have time. In short, it’s a hotel that you will stay in when you come to Changsha. The breakfast area and variety are not much larger than other five-star hotels, but it is clean and exquisite. Christmas is coming soon, and the hotel has prepared a Christmas theme, and the atmosphere is getting up quickly!

I paid to upgrade to a lake view room, which had a wide view and a more spacious room. I got up early to have breakfast and watched the sunrise. The scenery was beautiful. The front desk lady Yilia provided warm, attentive and thoughtful service throughout the whole process. The engineering boy was very polite. For some reason, the Wi-Fi in the room could not be connected, and Achen quickly helped me solve it.

The lake view room you stay in has a view of Meixi Lake. The swimming pool is also great. There is a transparent glass at the bottom of the pool so you can see the ground below. The pool has an infinity effect so you can also see Meixi Lake. The only downside is that the weather was not very good when we stayed. I will definitely come back when the weather is good next time I have a chance. I also want to thank the housekeeper for his thoughtful service. He called to ask about my needs before check-in and also recommended some local food, drinks and entertainment. Rosy and Yori were also very quick and professional when checking in and out, smiling and warm.

The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is exquisite and rich, the girls Wendy and Cicy at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and Achen from the engineering department is very professional. The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. There is a subway station downstairs.

Staying at Indigo in Changsha for just over 700 yuan including breakfast is cost-effective. The subway is about 300 meters away. Orange Island May Day Square and other places are all within 10 stops. The swimming pool has a wide view of Meixi Lake. Uh, then, the lobby is on the 23rd floor, but the sign on the first floor is not eye-catching. When there is no concierge on-site guidance, you have to look for the lobby everywhere. The breakfast is satisfactory. The room is not big. The door seems to be unable to be fixed open. It should be designed to close automatically for safety reasons. This idea is stupid. It is not friendly to customers with large luggage. Uh, please imagine the picture of using your back to push the door backwards and dragging the suitcase in at the same time. There are three trash cans in the room, which is quite convenient, but I still don't understand why international chain hotels generally don't use trash bags. If you have a cold and need to spit, it's a bit disgusting to put it directly into the bucket. It's also troublesome to catch it with a tissue and throw it back in. Finally, the water pressure in the shower area could be a little stronger.

Very satisfied in all aspects. The waiter was very polite and greeted. The work was meticulous and thoughtful. The public areas and rooms were very clean and tidy. There were many varieties of breakfast. The soft drinks and snacks in the room had local characteristics. Free drinks in the mini bar: good 2 coffee & tea coupons: Since I didn't use them at the time, the front desk staff kindly told me that I could take them away and drink them on the way. This reminder is great.

Pros: Nice view, rich breakfast and a la carte menu. Cons: The parking lot is extremely hard to find, the welcome fruit was forgotten when checking in, the shower head in the bathroom is not big enough, the shower head is scattered, and the gym facilities are insufficient.
