出行比較方便，夜觀湘江很美，長沙博物館就在樓下，餐廳湘菜很地道！工作人員也很用心，特別感謝李嘉慧小美女超級貼心！

由於航班原因，我到店時間很早，沒想到前台服務員 Coral 熱情地幫忙協調房間，讓我能夠立馬入住，緩解了我的疲憊。退房後，Coral 還幫忙郵寄我遺留的物品，這種貼心的服務讓我很感動。

房間比較大，夜景也很漂亮，早餐出品豐富優質，尤其是專職接待Sarah非常熱情細緻，貼心的升級了房型，值得五星點贊！

長沙洲際地理位置優越，位於城市核心地帶，房間寬敞舒適，床品優質，能帶來良好的睡眠體驗，特別是前台Eden 非常熱情，主動幫升了房型！

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台Mina很熱情，超主動，離店的時候給我送了一衹超可愛的長頸鹿公仔。然後房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火。還有前台Serein超讚！看到我是第一次住給我做了房型升級，安排的房間能看到一覽無餘長沙夜景，步出陽台的那一刻簡直驚艷到不行，酒店的位置正好臨江，整個長沙的夜景盡收眼底，尤其是傍晚時分，坐在窗邊看着夕陽映照在湘江上的美景，真是絕了!

The room is very big! There are two balconies and a beautiful river view! You can see the river view at night when you take a bath in the bathtub! The electric curtain got stuck on the ceiling, and I immediately contacted someone to fix it. The administrative service on the 27th floor was very happy. Miss Chen Qian recommended us a lot of delicious food in Changsha, and asked the chef about some restaurants with great ingredients. My girlfriend and I love to drink apple juice. After going to get it twice, we took the initiative to get two bottles of juice as soon as we went there. Haha, don’t worry about asking for too many bottles of juice. There are also many types of buffet breakfast. I like it very much after eating rice noodles! I also caught up with afternoon tea once! It’s very comfortable with the river view! The resident singer in the bar is so handsome and beautiful, and he sings Spanish very well! The experience is still great!

凌晨到酒店，正好趕上酒店快滿房，想訂的房型沒有了，多虧了前台小姐姐Mia和wendy，給我調了一間房，還幫我房型升級了，房間很大，周邊環境很好，地理位置優越，正處三角洲，可以看到兩河交匯，禮賓小哥Jave還送我到電梯廳，給我介紹了酒店的營業場所和時間。不愧是數一數二的五星級酒店，服務真的很到位。

住了一晚，去了張家界，回到長沙，又住進了洲際，很強烈的吸引力。感受很好的酒店。地段.大氣的客廳.裝修精緻的客房.滿意的早餐.有機會再住洲際.
