酒店乾淨衞生、設施齊全、早餐米粉很好吃，工作人員服務熱情周到，前台人員幫我接收了送孩子入學的多件快遞，保潔阿姨在我離店收拾房間時，還發現了我遺落的物品，前台人員立即通知我，使我得以在離開長沙之前取回，避免了很多不必要的麻煩，體現了酒店工作人員認真的工作態度，超強的服務精神，以客為尊的服務理念，為酒店點贊，值得5分好評，下次還會再來。
