Looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows on the 51st floor, the charm of the Xiangjiang River is in sight (◍•ᴗ•◍), and I feel happy and relaxed. The front desk service here needs to be improved, and it is still not warm and meticulous enough. Although there were some minor incidents during the few days of stay, the customer relationship manager handled it in a timely manner, apologized insincerely, and gave gifts, which is great. If you have the opportunity to come to Changsha next time, you can still choose to experience it.
