- Good service, alls staff are very nice - the room is cozy and clean - breakfast is very delicious - there is the afternoon tea served by a cute machine I would share the best memory here with my friends

The hotel room was really clean and I loved that. I also really appreciated that the movies on the TV had English subtitles. The receptionists were also super nice and helpful even though we had a language barrier.

Very good service and the location is very convince. I really enjoyed the breakfast with variety choices.

Dogs can enter the hotel room. There are barking sounds when sleeping at night. When checking out at the front desk, I was bitten by a guest's dog. My calf was a little broken. For safety reasons, I went home and got vaccinated directly. From beginning to end, no hotel staff came out to care or ask about it. After all, the incident happened at the front desk. I have to give a bad review. The breakfast was full and the service attitude was poor. Please take care of the children to avoid being bitten.

The room I booked is the L city view room, which is more than 30 square meters. The actual room is actually quite small, with a bed, a sofa and a small round table, which is quite compact. 4. It shares an elevator with another hotel and teahouse, so it takes a long time to wait for the elevator and there are more people. 5. Because my husband and I need to act separately for some time, I want to ask the hotel for an extra room card (there is only one per room), but they don’t agree. They say that the hotel lost a lot of room cards some time ago, and it takes time to customize the cards. The hotel currently has one room card per room, and the rooms are full. This~ 6. The service attitude is average, and the legitimate needs of customers are not met 7. The room had a power outage. We returned to the hotel late, and there was a sudden power outage. Then we called the front desk to communicate. The uncle next door said that it went out two or three times a night 8. The bath towels in the bathroom were rotten 9. It was a hot day when we arrived in Changsha. The air conditioner in the room was turned on for most of the night to cool down. This feeling is really~ 10. The noise of the bathroom exhaust fan is too loud. If you don’t turn it on, it won’t ventilate. If you turn it on, it’s too loud

This hotel is really pet-friendly. I called to ask if I could bring my dog, and the front desk said of course no problem, rest assured, we are a pet-friendly hotel! And the service is really first-rate, the lady helped with the luggage and brought Tremella soup!
