The hotel located into the Changsha south railway station, you face to the station in front, the hotel on your right, only 3-5 mins by walk to check-in the train, so so fasttttt. The staffs were very nice and helpful, especially, the guy with glasses night shift on 2024.11.01. The room was very cozy and good, BUT I smell the smoke all the time because it’s smoking room, I guess. The BF was very nice, there were a variety of choices; western or eastern style. i love it!

Very near to subway and high speed train station but for a first timer, it's kind of difficult to locate the hotel as there is no direction signage to the hotel, luckily Baidu map helped a lot. Other than that, room quality is the best, almost 5 stars standard if not on par. Clean and well maintained room with Baidu assistant controller.

Hotel is located at the excellent location, just about 400 meters walking from Changsa South railway station. Breakfast is okay for us. The staff is very helpful to explain the one tour for us . More over one of the staff is carrying luggage to downstairs due to the escalators is out of order, to Maglev entrance. The room is nice

Pleasant stay in hotel. Room was nice and cosy, and location of the hotel is just beside the railway station! Very convenient for us, who is taking a train to another part of China. Hotel also allowed us to check out at 3pm, which make things more convenient for us. Counter staff (小陈 and 丽丽）were also very helpful in accomodating to our requests. Highly recommended. 👍

Super convenient location, right outside the railway station, but is a little bit difficult to find, not many signs or something like that could help. The staff is okay, the room is super cool and large.

The hotel is very convenient if you plan to travel via Changsha South Railway Station, as it’s located nearby. However, if you’re arriving by cab, be aware that the driver may not be able to drop you off directly in front of the hotel. Instead, you’ll likely be dropped at the railway station, and you’ll need to walk a few minutes to reach the hotel—but it’s quite close. The hotel itself is clean and cozy, making for a comfortable stay. Nearby there’s McDonald’s, KFC, and Lawson.

The location is very convenient, next to high speed rail and subway. The room has automated function such as curtain tv and toilet. Personal are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and has a self service laundry room.

It is next to the high-speed railway station. Walking 5 minutes to the station. The front desk Nana is enthusiastic. She showed me how to get to the station.

Close to the station but hard to find entrance at first everything in the room is awesome but one thing, smelly smoke is very bad.

The location of hotel is near the Changsha South Railway Station which is very convenient for the passengers of the high-speed train. The room is clean. Staffs are friendly. However, the hotel's name is shown only in Chinese which is difficult for customers to find the hotel.

Very modern and upscale hotel that is in a superb location adjacent to the Changsha high speed rail hotel. Breakfast buffet was also conveniently included in our stay, which was perfect for catching an early morning high speed rail. There is a laundry room that you can use yourself or you can pay a cleaning staff member to do your laundry. The main downside for us was that our room had a bit of a cigarette smell despite requesting a non-smoking room.

Loved the location. its located a stone throw from Changsha North Railway Station. My flight was delayed hence I arrived after midnight, driver was unable to drive close enough to the hotel, he had to drop me off at the entrance if the railway station and walk the rest of the way (can be alittle scary at night as there are stray travellers sleeping around the station and the road was dark). Recept was good, can see the security guard at the lobby. They even provided a bag of welcome gift (Steam eyemask, ear plus, snack, hand lotion etc). Food delivery was dropped off at the reception and delivered to your room via a robot which was so cute and efficient.
