I have never lived in an InterContinental, and the first stay was dedicated to Changsha. Overall very satisfied! The front desk service is very comfortable. After checking in, he personally guided us to the elevator. The 270-degree river view in the room couldn't be more comfortable as shown in the picture, and the extended balcony can feel the river view more intuitively. The location of the InterContinental is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, there is a jogging track downstairs, and the greenery is also very comfortable. The swimming pool and gym are also very good~ I planned to go for a swim, but it turned out that I just ate, drank and chatted with my friends, and running and swimming were useless~ Stay in the exclusive business balcony room, as well as the privileges of the executive lounge. Have some appetizers and drinks before dinner. The view of the river is also very beautiful. Next time you come to Changsha, you should stay at the InterContinental

The hotel is located not really close to subway station but it’s good to have a walk up to downtown and also quite close to the museum. Several shops and restaurants around the hotel and there’s a big shopping mall nearby which has cafes and a supermarket. For me as a not fluent Chinese speaker, Mark Gong at the front desk helped me in English with everything. The room was quite clean, comfortable and well designed. I enjoyed bathing every morning and night to relax. It was such a pleasant stay! Would like to come back.

Small hotel with a good location. I prefer outside of Walking Street for easy traveling.. surroundings are all the shopping area.. the room is clean and with nice sound proof windows.. not sure the door though..

Love the decor curated by the hotel for my note on our wedding anniversary. Room is huge, cosy and clean. Small lapses in the restaurant due to coffee and egg table requests but otherwise attentive. Location is about 30mins away from all the actions but next to a mall and a train station. Was attended by Dimond at the reception and she is great along with other staff.
