The best value for money, the experience is great. We used Chayan as a welcome gift, and also gave a bear and a fruit plate. The water quality of the heated swimming pool is good, and there is a sauna. The coffee in the room is Starbucks. There are many varieties of breakfast, and there are my favorite Guangdong dim sum. The supply is also timely, the dining environment is good, and the children's playground is clean and tidy👍🏽
What makes people feel particularly comfortable is the service of the hotel. Whether it is the doorman, the front desk lady, the staff of the fitness room, the restaurant waiter, or the cleaning aunt, they are all warm and generous, very service-minded, and make people feel at home.
Changsha is great, the snacks are delicious, and the people are also very good!

The hotel is quite good overall. The service at the front desk is very good. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are well maintained. However, the hygiene is not very good. I found such obvious cigarette ash on the window sill of the non-smoking room and water stains on the sink. It is also obvious that there are only two elevators, which is a bit inconvenient. I feel that it does not meet the S threshold of Atour.

The best part about this hotel is the location near train station. However, its very very long walk from line 2 despite being 50 meters from the exit. Staff wasnt friendly and also let us have only 1 hotel card which is annoying when 2 people in the room dont necessarily go at the same time. Room quite small (and expensive for price) and not so clean. There was dead crockcroach in the room and bed sheet look like it was not laundryed. Room also a bit old (not sure seem dirty because old or actually dirty)

I was super satisfied. I accidentally ordered a 1.5-meter bed, and directly helped us upgrade the 1.8-meter bed for free. Miss Tang Mengjie’s very considerate service, actively asked if we want health porridge, and I kept it for us when I came back late. 2 copies, the hotel’s equipment is also good, and the laundry service is super extra. I have a lot of clothes to be cleaned from Wugong Mountain. I called for the laundry service three times. Many thoughtful services are thought of and they are free. Tasty~The service feels worth over 4⭐level~very warm~😄

Location: It shares the same front space as another hotel, just keep walking to your right to reach this one. The pro here is that it's close to Wuyi Square which is around 10-15 minutes away. There are some restaurants and fruit shops nearby too. It's also pretty close to one of the railway stations, a bit far from the airport though. The bad thing is that it's kind of located on a busy street, so around certain times, there's traffic.
Cleanliness: Overall, everything was pretty clean.
Service: The front desk girl is really friendly and if you ever need anything, can either WeChat her or call the front desk. She even gifted us with goodies when we left.
Facilities: Slept well, bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was pretty good, the only thing I would complain about is probably how high the heater is. I was sweating.
Overall, enjoyed my stay here, and would return. I enjoyed having my separate room and having the option for a fridge and microwave just in case. There's free water, snacks, and fruits upon check-in. U.S. passport friendly.

A nice hotel and the lady at the front desk was charming and keen to please. Because one of our rooms wasn't ready, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room which had great views. The hotel was a little bit difficult to find as non Chinese speakers, its on the 17th floor of the building and signage to get to the elevators to go up, and then find the hotel was a bit confusing. Signs in the elevators might have made this easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay with accommodating and friendly staff.

Check-in was quick and I didn't have to wait for a long time. It was very professional. There was no problem with the hygiene of the room and it was tidy. There was no hair on the floor and the toilet had no smell. I like their washing machine, it is convenient, and the integrated drying and drying is more suitable for me. The doll in the room is quite cute, it feels more exclusive and a good experience. Their mineral water also has its own logo, and the design is on point.
