The hotel is located in the center of Changsha City. It has an excellent location. There is everything to eat, drink and have fun around. There are shopping malls downstairs.
On the second floor, there are Metro Line 2 and Line 5, which can directly reach Wuyi Square and Orange Island. It is also very close to the high-speed rail and the train station, and can be reached directly. This trip is a perfect experience of Changsha nightlife. In addition, you can enjoy great cultural history on the 11th floor of Wanjiali. Whether it is the wax museum or the history and culture of China, it is worth a visit. I went to Changsha for the first time with my family. After checking in, I went to May Day Square to feel the festive a**osphere of Changsha, checked in the landmark buildings, and tasted authentic stinky tofu and Hunan cuisine. When I was ready to return to the hotel, the subway had stopped operating, and Didi and other taxi-hailing platforms could not accept orders normally. I tried to call the hotel owner, who was very enthusiastic. We quickly added WeChat and sent the address. He picked us up in the early morning rain for free, which touched us very much. I booked a double bed room, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like I was sinking slowly, and I fell asleep quickly. It is said that the Serta mattress has good quality. There is a laundry room and a gym in the hotel. After dinner, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour and felt much more comfortable. There is a Wanjiali International Shopping Mall nearby, which has everything you need for food, drink and entertainment. It’s great. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The front desk was very young and the service was very warm. Arrived very late, there was no parking space, and the parking fee was reimbursed when I parked opposite. The hotel butler is very thoughtful. The location of the hotel is good and easy to find, opposite is Hilton. His pet friendly is great. The best part about this hotel is the location near train station. However, its very very long walk from line 2 despite being 50 meters from the exit. Staff wasnt friendly and also let us have only 1 hotel card which is annoying when 2 people in the room dont necessarily go at the same time. Room quite small (and expensive for price) and not so clean. There was dead crockcroach in the room and bed sheet look like it was not laundryed. Room also a bit old (not sure seem dirty because old or actually dirty)

CChella in ChinaThe design & style of this hotel is amazing. Modern and clean Ioved it. The smell is amazing in the lobby, except for the mall shop by the stairs where the owner smokes inside (which is very common in China). The staff are nice and helpful to take your bags & help you to reception. The is no English at all so if you don’t speak Chinese you will be lost. Their is also face recognition to open your door to your room but they do that for me (don’t know why). Check in was very easy! And so quick considering they were so busy when I checked in and also I am foreign. The room was so nice and I was on the top floor with a nice view. However some things I would recommend for the room is (1) add a cupboard. There was only a small hanger on I hang my clothes (no cupboard or drawers). (2) Why doesn’t the TV connect to wifi? If this can happen the experience will be much better. Such a nice smart tv but you can mirror your phone to the TV cause there no wifi in the TV.
Other than these small things, it was a very pleasant stay. Nice location with covid testing opposite (50m). Also, rooms were like 95% sound proof which is better than any room I’ve been at in china. Makes for a super comfortable experience.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner there’s also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone can’t do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. It’s across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if you’d like access to higher end shopping. Don’t expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. There’s a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

My friends and I selected a lot of stores on Blue Software, and finally chose this store with good reviews and no bad reviews for the time being, and the price for a family room is only 400 yuan! It's suitable for two people to live in! The first floor is still being renovated and the environment is a bit dirty. The front desk is on the fifth floor, just go up there. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock and were able to check in. There was fruit in the room. The place and environment were larger and cleaner than expected. And it's really convenient to get in and out. We always walk directly when we go out. The hotel customer service staff is very good and answers all questions. If you ask her before where you want to go, she can give you direct answers. But in a tourist city like Changsha, it can really be said that it never sleeps. When we went to bed at around 12 o'clock, we still heard the bustling noise outside, but it was okay and did not affect our rest. Maybe the hotel only has the fifth floor and the first floor. There is no noise from upstairs and the soundproofing is satisfactory. Needless to say, the service is really great. I must come here again next time I travel to Changsha!

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light
