設施：整個酒店給人的的感覺，通風不好，走廊光線暗沉，衞生間衹有浴缸，對於不泡澡的人來説很不方便，從浴缸出來也沒扶手，很容易摔倒，洗漱用品也一般
服務：酒店大堂服務人員，態度冷淡，一副愛住不住的模樣，
環境：離景點近，也就是這家酒店唯一算得上的優點

訂了家庭房，衞生乾淨，服務好。步行10分鐘可以到方塔公園，酒店位置很好，離印象城，八佰伴，琴湖溪裏都很近。總體很不錯，還會再次選擇！
