Excellent service, good breakfast, although mainly Chinese options, you’ll still find your western basics if you aren’t feeling too adventurous. Front desk spoke English quite well and was very attentive to our needs. Room was a bit old and shower head wasn’t fully fixed to the wall properly, but overall an excellent stay and would do again!

I have decided to give this review in English so that it will help our foreign friend’s who wanted to visit Changzhou and find a decent domestic 5-star hotel at friction of the cost. This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at 常州远洲酒店. Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes. All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again 小周for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The hotel informed us in advance that it was under renovation, and the scaffolding blocked the view of Qingguo Lane, but the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped to change it to a non-blocked room. The room was a little bigger and the elderly were more comfortable. Due to the renovation, breakfast was delivered to the room, and the buffet became a set meal. The quantity was much larger and I couldn't finish it. In terms of facilities, the room could have one more chair, and it would be better if there was a place to hang towels and a small refrigerator. The service was great, and I felt at home, like a family. I look forward to the new look of the hotel after the renovation is completed at the end of April.

The service attitude of Xiaochao at the front desk is super good. They took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The floor height is particularly good. You can see the tower of Hongmei Park. My child likes it very much. The hotel service is very good. Yogurt is delivered every day. Fruit is also delivered on the first day. Late night snacks are also provided. Location is superb, close to everything you need to see in Changzhou. It is also very near to the metro station so if you want to go to Xinbei district, it is so easy and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, especially some good Korean and Japanese restaurants in the shopping mall.

Struggling to think of ways to improve this place. Great location near the old train station, Tianming Park and two metro stations. Professional staff, fast check-in. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The bathing spa on the 3rd floor was incredible. There’s also a gym and pool onsite. The rooms were beautifully designed with cool pyramid ceilings. Mattresses were soft and I think they bought the best pillows money can buy. Pretty strong dedicated wifi connections, 20+ mbps. Breakfast was ok. If I ever come back to Changzhou I’m staying here!
