I took my baby to Changzhou Yancheng Zoo and looked for a nearby hotel. I saw that the Kyushu Sheraton was very close, so I booked it on Ctrip. This time I stayed in an interstellar bark-themed parent-child room. As soon as the room door opened, my daughter rushed in and played on the slide. The rooms are all parent-child-themed. It’s very nice to take care of children. The equipment in the room has intelligent voice control, which is very convenient. Children's toiletries and bath toys are also prepared for the children. The hotel has its own children's playground. Probably because it was a working day, my daughter reserved the playground and had a great time. I would like to express my special thanks to Ava, the housekeeper, who took the initiative to contact us before checking in and asked us if we needed anything. When we learned that we were going to the zoo, the hotel kitchen prepared carrots for us to feed the animals and gave us some tips for visiting the zoo. . Fruit and snacks were also prepared on the day of check-in, which was very considerate.

I have stayed at room no 8611 which was undoubtedly a great experience. In addition to this, their suite decorations, amenities along with the way they illustrated the things were amazing. Most importantly, their complementary equipments and buffet breakfast were simply outstanding which same as the facilities I got within five star hotels. On top of that, their albums, brochures with the room about Changzhou was informative also parking was included within the package. I especially, like the location and their gesture towards the customer was really top notch. In a nutshell it’s really worth spending time. Thanks for the professional service and just keep it up.

I didn’t expect the front desk lady (a young lady named Peng) to solve the housing problem and laundry problem for me at five in the morning, and also upgraded the room type (really touched!) Really cracked the wall recommended this hotel! From the work attitude of the front desk lady of the day shift night shift, it can be seen that the boss of this hotel should be very user-friendly (really sincerely solve the problem for customers). They also prepared a meeting gift for each customer (small snacks in the small bag, keychain, hand cream, mask) The environment is also good, the bed is very comfortable ～ I sincerely wish the hotel owner a wealth of money
