Very good locations. Right on the harbour. Not easy for people with disability due to narrow staircases. Room is clean and spacious. Good working air condition. Very important for the hot weather. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is in a restaurant round the corner but the food choices are very limited.

The name of the store is quite high-end, and the prices are high-end in the city. After checking in, I first discovered that the mattress was too soft, and I still used a mattress that even farmers would not buy. I woke up with severe back pain the next day. The bathroom leaked, and a lot of new glue was added. My wife is allergic and choked and coughed. Parking is also extremely inconvenient. We were the only family having breakfast. We moved to another hotel of similar size in time and found that there was a huge crowd during breakfast, which shows that the people are still discerning.

The room is spacious and the view is great. When you open the window, you can see the marina against the blue sea. There are many restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops in the surrounding area. Walking distance to shopping street

WOW .. what can I say but simply brilliant ! My husband and I stayed for 11 nights in this gorgeous boutique hotel and it certainly didn’t let us down. From the minute that George ( our hotel transfer) picked us up from the airport to the our fabulous welcome from Maria and ongoing hospitality from all of the team, thank you Katrina, Heias and lefteris . We absolutely loved our stay in the fabulous ceramic suite and we will be back for sure. Top location in the harbour .. stunning views and great bars and restaurants .. if you have never been to Chania .. book this place .. Eddie and Faye - England

Fantastic location. Very professional staff. I enjoyed the breakfast. Our room, the Wood room had a fabulous view of sunrise and sunset from its little balcony and a great view of the harbor from in the room. The soundproofing was great. Even though the harbor was very crowded and busy late into the evening we did not hear a thing. It is in a pedestrian only zone so be prepared to walk a block or so upon arrival. Discreet door, ring the doorbell for entry.

Great location! A real “gem” in the centre of Chania’s port. Lovely boutique hotel, large rooms, comfortable setting, staff were friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was amazing! Dinner at the same restaurant was also excellent! Highly recommend! Would definitely stay there again! Only con was parking was limited.

Ideal location, very good place, but not worth the extremely high price. Very good service, rooms are spacious and nice, but a couple of things didn’t work well. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Would be 4-5 stars if not quite so expensive.

This is a tiny boutique hotel with actually relatively large rooms . There is NO parking as you can’t drive into the city centre, so you will have to call ahead and they will send someone to drag your luggage all the way to the hotel . The place has a history as it was a house of an aristocratic Turks during the ottoman ruling . The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable , wide , the service is great . It is very close to everything you need , the city centre, the boats , the market etc… I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here next time we come back to Crete .

A most enjoyable stay in a great location. Nice to stay in a hotel that is a little bit different. Quite liked that we had to walk down the harbour side for breakfast. Staff were pleasant efficient and very helpful. Hope to return here one day for another stay

What a fantastic hotel. Perfect location to explore Chania. Ceramic Room balcony was stunning. Restaurant and staff were also excellent. Loved the breakfasts! We would definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Great location on the water in Old Town Chania. Beautiful hotel and room and attentive staff. Breakfast at the waterfront restaurant included. Parking can be a big challenge. There is a free lot nearby, but it fills quickly. Most days, several blocks away in a paid garage. If you're traveling with a lot of luggage, it can be a challenge to get to the hotel. Google map walking directions sent us on an unnecessary hike up a large hill and down a lot of steps with luggage. You can instead drop one person and luggage at the end of Daskalogianni street in Old Town and walk a short flat distance to the hotel. Hotel has a spiral staircase to reception and the second floor rooms. They have a slow elevator for handicap or special needs.

What a spectacular location. This hotel is more like a home, with comfortable and large rooms. The amenities, the design features, and the overalll aesthetic is beachy modern old world European if there is such a thing . We thoroughly enjoyed a delightful stay at this gorgeously renovated boutique hotel right on the harbor inside the breakwall in Chania. The wonderful staff is present 24/7. The on site restaurant offers generous portions for a family style breakfast ( included) lunch and dinner. There was need to go anywhere else for breakfast/brunch served til 11, and the dinner was even more amazing with the best service staff and delicious food. Local wine and Raki were flowing as we devoured an incredible dry-aged tomahawk steak, cheese, honey, olives and dessert. This was a perfect location for our family for a 3-day weekend in Crete, our teens had the huge Paper Room with a classic old-world city view and we enjoyed the beautiful seaside Wooden Room on the same floor. Water and coffee are provided at no charge, with a mini bar and soft drinks available in your room. Room service is available from the restaurant upon request. The aesthetic of the hotel is nothing short of spectacular. Five stars in our view - excellent thoughtful amenities, just gorgeously decorated, and soft comfy beds. Located in the Old Town it is safe walking distance to everything east and west in the harbor and town. It’s an easy, very pretty and fun 2-hour drive along the coast east to The Palace of Knossos and a stop on your way back for lunch at the Venetian Harbor in Reythymnon - that day gave us California Highway 1 vibes. Highly recommend.

The parking spaces in the old town are very full. In many cases you have to park far away and walk with suitcases. Especially after 18:00, it is a miracle to find parking. There is no breakfast in the hotel. For breakfast they lead to a steakhouse (On the lower floor of the building) with an outside entrance. A very simple breakfast is served. There is no similarity between the style of the hotel and the breakfast or the restaurant. If you stay in room with a sea view the location means something. Also the rooms are very clean. Also we upgraded in a two floor room. However the bathroom was downstairs and it was not convenient. We travel to many cities in Crete during this trip. Stayed in similar hotels. This one is the only one which disappointed us.

This boutique hotel in the old harbour of Chania is stunning. Every room is different, themed according to a material (ours was wood, our daughter’s was brick) and the decoration changes accordingly. We had amazing harbour views with ever changing light and sailboats. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and discrete at the same time, perfect combination. There is no restaurant but breakfast is at the nearby Pallas bakery and bar - highly recommended in its own right. We were also given great recommendations for local restaurants for dinner.
