Nice location, helpful staff , very clen nice food , the only thing that will improve there’s no plugs for use uk charger and night time slow internet connection

The hotel was everything we wanted, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very safe with all of the necessary covid precautions been taken. The room was very modern and the balcony was the best part. The view was incredible and we sat out every night to watch the city and the many different firework s display. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day!

Invincible sea view, you can sit on the balcony and watch the Bay of Naples. It's so worth it. The breakfast is rich and the room facilities are complete and comfortable.

Price paid does not correspond to the quality of service offered. Breakfast below mediocrity, to be avoided. Parking price too high.

The hotel has complete facilities and convenient transportation

At the breakfast place, outdoors on the top floor of the hotel, there are seagulls and other birds walking around the tables where people sit to eat. In fact, a seagull ate part of my breakfast during the couple of minutes I got up to go get a glass of water and milk. When I mention this to one of the waiters, he doesn't think anything of it, shrugs his shoulders and tells me that it's not his problem. So I leave the glass of milk and water on the table, go back to get more food, and when I return I find that the waiter has already removed the glasses and the rest of the things. That ***** shouldn't be working anywhere. Because of him I gave the hotel such a bad rating. I think the hygiene in that hotel is VERY POOR. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of that useless waiter, and the very poor hygiene care. I give them a ZERO out of TEN for hygiene and professionalism.

The hotel staff are well trained and very friendly. It is a hotel with a great view and all sea view rooms have a terrace, but the hotel location itself is not only far from the city center, but also very difficult to get around by public transportation, so be prepared for that. I was prepared to stay for one night, but it's not a good location for a 2-day or longer trip from Naples.

Excellent positon and view. Very good breakfasts. Dining good but limited menu. No proper bar in the hotel so we went to the one opposite, but that closed at 9 pm. The last funicular from Mergellina and its restaurants was at 10 pm, thereafter taxis had to be taken. Although the view from the terrace was spectacular, the view from my room was just a large wall!

They allowed me to keep my room until my departure at 5pm after I fell and hurt my foot on the last evening

The Hotel has an Amazing view but Naples Government need to control the party time hours to allow the visitor to relax after spend time visiting the attractions.

Rooms are really small. Breakfast is poor. The only great thing is the view from the restaurant. The property is up on a hill and it is really inconvenient to move around.

Stunning room view! No dinner options and area in Naples is not great and super trashy. Staff could be friendlier. Our neighbors stayed up all night drinking and smoking on their patio..super noisy and rude.

Absolutely great staff and nice facilities. Parking is remote.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..
