If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

A very good high-end B&B. The store owner is very attentive and every employee is very enthusiastic. The green plants in the courtyard are carefully pruned and maintained. There are only about 20 rooms in total, so you rarely encounter other guests. It is so pleasant to have afternoon tea in the sunny garden in the afternoon. The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is very close to Guangji Bridge and only a few minutes walk to the lively ancient city. The hotel is hidden in the back ailes of the Chaozhou old town, close to all the buzzes of the main street yet maintains nice tranquillity for good rest. Its architecture combines a traditional Chaozhou style and a modern Japanese minimalist design. We also got exclusive access to the old residence of Rao Zongyi, a hundred-year-old traditional mansion of articulate Chinese architecture. The staff are all locals, well trained, professional and friendly. They are very considerate of our needs during the entire stay. Hotel facilities are also top-notch. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a local yet exclusive experience.

the hotel service is not bad but needs improvement, the waiting process of checking In a hotel room takes too much time, but the hotel has a robot which can help bringing takeover to your room so it is quite convenient. about the hotel facilities, I think they are good enough there are restaurants and gym room etc, although I think they can add more sitting areas in the lobby and the air conditioner is not strong enough.the rooms are quite big and looks very clean and modern so overall the hotel is acceptable and quite good.

The location is just directly opposite West Lake (西湖), and in the morning there is a small fruit market outside. It is walkable to 西马路，牌坊街，开元寺，广济桥 around 15-20min walk, but of course, you can take Didi or one of the trishaws outside the hotel.
