Loved the pool. The staff was helpful and everything was clean. I also loved the location. We had a great time.

Unkept property should be closed horrible condition and Breakfsst is cereal only. Should not list having breakfast

The ideal place to stay for exploring Lookout Mountain. Not far from downtown but closer to the base of Lookout Mountain, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. And it’s a stones throw from Raccoon Mountain. Rooms are big and super clean. The staff is everything a staff should be. Friendly, like you’re visiting with your best friend. They even text regarding checking and out. AND, cherry on top, they texted us throughout the day (when I initiated it) with tips of things to see and do. We will definitely mark this as a favorite and will be back!! Thank you!

his motel was an excellent choice for the area and offered great value. Although it’s a renovated older property, it is well-maintained and in good condition. Our room looked exactly like the pictures online. Its proximity to all the local attractions is a major advantage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit

It is exterior Hotel, but overall it was satisfactory. We will be back when we are in town again. :)

The staff were very friendly! I books my room and called ahead to let them know that I would be checking in early as well as the time I would be arriving. They gave me a price for early check in and I was told that I would only have to pay that price sense I booked through a third party. Yet when I arrived they charged me full price for the room! I had to go across the street to get cleaning supplies in order to clean the jacuzzi and bathroom so that we could use it! There was black slime all over the faucets and around the jacuzzi! The hotel had made many improvements over the last few years! The beds are really comfortable! Plenty of clean Linens!
