環境還可以，進出酒店有上坡路比較難走，衞生還行，酒店房間比較小，吃早餐的房間位置較少，需要等座位。沒達到對酒店的想象預期，不過暑假期間，旅遊旺季，價格上漲也能理解。

設施環境：房間老舊，牆皮脱落，與圖片不符，衞生間衞生較差。
服務：凌晨到店本意衹想休息，但因環境實在惡劣，所以想換一家酒店，在提出換酒店時工作人員沒有良好的解決態度，第一時間反覆説無法退款，沒有説解決房間內的問題，衹是不斷重複無法退款，平台上都有照片，我不能理解也不能接受這種態度。最終還是換了一家酒店。在沒有入住的情況下，這家酒店依然堅持一分錢都無法退款，無論什麼時間，酒店作為24小時營業並出售的場所，不理解因酒店環境不好為什麼要強制我消費，我並未移動任何物品，我認為完全沒有影響房間的二次銷售，即使我能理解酒店説時間較晚，但與此同時我並未對酒店產生任何清掃等成本，一分不退款的行為讓我不理解，不接受。平台解決問題態度良好，酒店依然堅持一分不退的態度，現在已着手請第三方介入，旅行本是愉快且輕鬆的事情，不要讓酒店的不好影響到整個旅途的心情。祝各位旅途中的朋友旅行愉快，希望我的經歷能幫到各位。
