Their advertising says that your room will have a good view of the neighbouring attractions. Don’t be fooled. You’ll only get to see the roofs of the shopping mall next door if you are lucky. Must live on floor 7+ or you won’t get any sleep. Other than that, great breakfast and accommodating staff.

The staff initially had trouble finding my hotel booking. Thankfully Trip app has a function to view the booking in Mandarin which quickly resolved the issue. On top of that, the staff gave me a room upgrade and a cup of tea during check-in. The room was pleasant, spacious and comfortable. I found a small bottle of toiletry left behind by the previous guest behind the sink. The bed was very comfortable. The room was not very sound proof, i can hear people opening/closing doors, people walking down the hallway and neighbors talking. In the morning i can hear room service cleaning. The aircon is a bit noisy, it sounds like a hairdryer every few minutes when it blows air, my friends in other rooms did not have this issue. There is also a strange rhythmic knocking noise in the wall that goes on from night till daylight everyday. I suspect it might be the sound of pipes as i hope it is not something else….. The door of the room is problematic, it makes a very loud popping sound when i close the door. Strangely the door was fine the first night but started making loud sound after room service cleaned my room. The door seem stuck and does not close on its own, when I manually shut it, it makes a loud pop. My friends in the other rooms also did not have the issue of the door or the knocking sounds in the wall. I may have just been unlucky, despite the room upgrade. The location of the hotel is alright. There is not much on the same street. Train station is about a 4-5mins walk. Kuanzai alley is about 8-10mins walk.

Good service attitude, clean and hygienic. I forgot to check out and went out for a day. The front desk reserved another room and did not move the guest's belongings. It is worth recommending. The drip coffee in the room is of better quality than the instant coffee in other hotels. Mineral water is available everywhere in the room and corridor. The children like the dandan noodles in the restaurant very much. They ate three bowls in one morning. The taste is super good. There are also fresh 🦐 in the buffet. The sour milk bread and soy milk are very fine.

I usually don't spend time writing reviews. The overall experience is pretty good after so many days. Hotel location: It's very close to Jinli & Wuhou Temple. There is a street of snacks and souvenirs downstairs. It's very convenient to take public transportation to other major attractions. The nearby breakfast shop opens very early, and you can have breakfast even if you leave at 6 o'clock. It's very friendly to friends who don't eat spicy food. It's convenient to walk around the old town nearby to feel the local atmosphere and taste the food in the community alleys. Staff: The front desk and other staff are very friendly. They will give guests mineral water when they go out, and give souvenirs when they check out. Room & Hotel Facilities: The room is clean and tidy, and laundry is also convenient. Originally, I didn't expect much to travel during the National Day, but overall it exceeded my expectations. If you have relatives and friends traveling in Chengdu in the future, I will especially recommend it.

Hygiene: Very good Environment: Quiet in a busy area, close to Wenshu Temple, and many places to eat around Service: Very good, in the city center, convenient transportation, direct access to subway and bus, the bed is also very big and comfortable, I recommend this place for tourists

I often stay at this brand when traveling or on business trips. The one I stayed at this time should be an earlier version, with old decoration, and the hardware and lighting are not up to date. One of the biggest problems is that the logic of elevator use is very poor. As shown in the picture, the elevator on the right swipes the room card directly to the 4th floor where I live, and other floors cannot be manually selected, except for the lobby on the 1st floor; the elevator on the left can manually select the floor where I live and the laundry room on the 6th floor after swiping the room card. The problem is that when the elevator on the right is closer to my floor, I can't take the elevator on the left. I want to take the elevator on the right to the 1st floor, and then take the elevator on the left to the 6th floor, but it just happens that the left one is not on the 1st floor. So I kept operating back and forth with a bag of clothes, and finally I could only go to the front desk to ask the waiter to swipe the card in the elevator on the right to take me to the 6th floor. The experience this time was really bad.

Everything was good, except the very unfortunate (and unfriendly) aircon. It turned itself into a heating unit due to a sudden drop in temperature without the option to even manually switch it to just a fan. We were basically slowly baked in 30 degrees hot air the last night there. The staff was helpful to give us a portable fan (not cool air though) to try to sleep. It’s a shame while everything else was great value

Definitely a good choice for staying in Chengdu! It's right in the heart of Chengdu a.k.a Tianfu Square and very clean, the breakfast is baby friendly too! Glad I stayed here. I'd recommend this hotel to others for sure! Behind this hotel also have a lot of restaurants in case u didn't book along with the breakfast package.

The sports room is cozy and well-equipped with a treadmill, a bicycle, and dumbbells ranging from 1-10 kg, providing everything needed for a workout. Okay location, right next door to bars and clubs. Gym is not amazing but the hotel does have a nice laundry room with washers and dryers. Robot room service was good and the hotel rooms were very clean. Would stay there again.
