Very much a “Chinese luxury” hotel, in that it looks nice but is actually very meh. AC barely worked despite it being in the high 20s C. Room service menu times were wrong, so twice I was denied my order despite the menu showing that room service was available. Bed was ok. Bath tub was nice and big, I’ll give them that. Maid service was hit-or-miss, as I didn’t want them to come before noon while I was still in my room, so I had the DND light on, but when I left at 12:30pm and came back at 2am they had not replaced my wet towels as they had the day before with the same scenario.

Location directly next to the train station very practical. Nice room with view over the train starion. Supermarket included next to the hotel lobby. They charge extra for the swimming pool. The breakfast was a bit pricey with 38 yuan per person, but big and diverse. Would recommend.

The location is very close to the Chengdu East train station. It took about 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by walking to reach the train station. There were many eateries and 2 convenience shop near the hotel. The front desk was responsive and the service of the technical team was quick. The room is very spacious, there are full length windows, projector and big screen for movie and it has a very nice city view. It also has smart system to control the lighting and curtain. The wifi was not working.

I came out to play the five-person room. I was very satisfied. The housekeeper turned on the air conditioner for us in advance. I couldn’t find the way and would answer us very carefully. The facilities and equipment in the room were very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, and the computer configuration did not say that the 3060 graphics card operated very smoothly. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, very close to Chengdu East Railway Station. The surrounding places to eat, drink and have fun are also good. The night I checked in, I didn't feel very clean. Fortunately, I had a spare, so I changed the bedding and sofa covers myself. The bathroom also had a bit of a peculiar smell. . . Maybe the cleaning lady is not very responsible. However, the owner is very enthusiastic, has a good attitude, and responds to all requests. The owner said that she personally cleaned the bathroom thoroughly afterwards and hoped that it would be cleaner and fresher next time.
