Honestly, I loved the stay here. The elevators can be a little tight if you do have large luggage but that wasn’t really an issue for us. It was convenient to get around and room was very clean! Hotel kept our luggage for us until midnight since we had a late flight.

We loved the location really near Chunxi road, further instructions on how to get there could be useful if you don’t have Apple Maps. Overall great experience when staying in Chengdu.

Very helpful and friendly staff who went out they’re way too accommodate us. The hotel has an excellent location and is quiet which is pretty hard too find in Chengdu.

The location is great. It's easy to get around the CBD. The room is clean, and our family room is spacious.

Super great and comfy hotel at a really strategic location which is the city center. There are a lot of local food nearby and with walking distance to train station

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.

the hotel location was strategic, the room was clean and looks like as shown, and also it has all the amenities u need. However, the receptionist is not friendly, he frowned all the time.

This hotel is in the center and close to the airport bus station (10 mins walk). The room is nice and modern decorate however, the room arrangement should be improve in some areas such as the bathroom should add more towel hanging.

The hotel is located in shopping area, but the thing is that this hotel has a lot of guests from the pubs near by. It's extremely noise during the night. So I couldn't sleep well during my stay. The staff are okay. But I wouldn't come back and stay again.
