The staff were helpful with my heavy baggage and I thank to them! I booked a room which looked nice and the AC was working perfectly but unfortunately the bed was terrible, it felt like a wooden board on springs, I could literally feel my bones while turning both sides 😅 and after two nights sleeping on this I started to have back pain.. I don’t know about the dorm beds but separate rooms I would definitely not recommend 😔

Great place for staying in Chengdu, staff were very friendly and helpful , location is great for getting to major attractions. Stayed in their private suite which was great value, overall great satisfaction.

The hotel is old and definitely need some renovations, but my room was clean and cozy with aircoinditioning and window. There is no soundproofing so you can easily hear everything from outside and from the corridor. The staff is very nice and helpful, they were always asking me if I need something, one of them could also speak english! The bed is very hard but I got used to it, they provide slippers and the necessary toiletteries. The location is quite good, you can find sharing bike right in front of the hotel and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. To enter the hotel you must go up the stairs, the staff helped me to carry my luggage. There is also a terrace with some chairs and table where you can chill and a very cute dog. Overall a very good experience

Pro - the receptionist was very friendly and helped us book a bus - we arrived after midnight due to a late train and that was no problem. The receptionist even helped to carry our bags to the room. - first chinese room with a cozy night light! 💡 Con - the matress is very hard - the towels are very small

The hotel per se is OK, nothing special, however it was very noisy sometimes, especially because of the water boiler on the roof that made terrible noise during the day, and some pipes at night. The staff was very friendly though, being able to communicate in English. However, the main set down is the location. It takes about 15 to 20 min walking to the nearest metro station, which is close to a big shopping mall. During hot days, it was really bad to go around because of that distance. Also, around the hotel there were not many options of restaurants except super local Chinese restaurants and groceries.

Super cool flair and atmosphere in the hostel. Stayed in a private room and enjoyed our stay. Location is good with easy walk to metro and nice restaurants on the way. 😊 staff is friendly and helpful!

Good hostel. Staff speak very little English but they are friendly. 100 yuans deposit for the key. The hostel is located like 12 mins by walking to me metro station. Common areas are nice

Everything was ok except the shower room. There are only a small rack in the shower room which can be shared by 4 person at one time. The shower compartment are divided by curtain and it is cramp. Your clothes will get wet just hanging by the curtain.

Very good value for money, air conditioning worked very well too.

The environment is very good, the big dog Latte is very cute and gentle. The staff in the store are very enthusiastic and will help with luggage, which is very good.

It's a 10-minute walk from Exit A of Provincial Sports Center on Line 1 to the store. It's a single-family house with a nice environment. Although there is no elevator, the boss will help with luggage. There is also a dog named Latte in the store, which is very cute and has a good personality.

The room is relatively clean and tidy, and the boss's service is very friendly. I stayed here for 6 nights and it was very comfortable.

As soon as I stepped into this youth hostel, the warm atmosphere hit me. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, patiently checked me in, and carefully introduced the surrounding food and attractions. Although the room is not big, it is very delicate and warm. The bed is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to sleep on. The public area is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. Whether it is chatting with new friends or enjoying reading time alone, it is very comfortable.
