The hotel is very near Metro, Xinnanmen station. Easy to go everywhere. There are all facilities that you need and have a hair dryer. Sisi, the concierge, she's help to support me since I come til leave, just tell her if you have any questions. If I go to Chengdu next time, I'll stay here again.

We are really pleased with our stay at their hotel. Room was relatively big, toilet was clean. I like that they separated the shower and toilet. The long table near the window was a plus point for us as we can conveniently eat our food there. Bed was very big and spacious and comfortable too. Although located beside a road, it was not noisy at all. Basic amenities like toothbrush, hairdryers and slippers are all provided too! Location wise, i would really recommend you to stay here as it is super super convenient for you to getting around ChengDu. Traffic is Chengdu is quite bad in the evening so if you wish to travel to places like 春熙路，太古里 and such, the subway near the hotel is really very convenient. It is just a 3 mins walk to the subway and while on your way to the subway station, you would passed by drink store like MiXue and Luckin Coffee. Convenient store is also located beside them. Service wise, I feel that the way they handle their guests was really on point. Would recommend you to download WeChat, you can add them on WeChat and text them whenever you need help. For example, when you need extra water or when you need extra toiletries, you can just let them know via WeChat and they will send it to you via their robot. In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay at YinXiTang Hotel for our 5 nights here and will highly recommend you to choose this hotel if you’re travelling to Chengdu. Tips: no China number? It’s okay fam, you can usually ask hotel for the address+your hotel room number and save it in your ** app and use the hotel’s phone number to order 美团外卖(please consult them beforehand on the contact you can put on your app) For getting around with DiDi (ride hailing services) just use Alipay app to book one. They would ask for the last 4 digit of your mobile phone so just let them know the last 4 digit of your contact number that is registered in Alipay.

The hotel looks simple but very well designed. We love the hotel's cleanliness and its every convenient location to the metro station. It is just one stop by the metro to the bustling Chunxi Road, the well known shopping area in Chengdu. The breakfast was also good and the food at the restuarant was very delicious. The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful, especially xiaozhao and qiuqiu.

Comfortable hotel with lovely personnel. The management provided with our room before the official entrance policy. We really appreciate that as we were travelling with two children

Such a nicely decorated and convenient location to stay in Chengdu. Away from all the noise and chaos, but very close to the metro station. The staff here are amazing. 秋秋and小赵had been great help. Recommended place to stay

The location so good. Near University Village, near MRT & many hot travel locations (wuhou temple, chunxi street, tianfu square... ) The staff so friendly & always support when to need... They have a robot for delivering food or any necessaires on your room. The room is very clean.

Very clean and location is very convenient to the MRT and bus terminal. Front desk staff 思思 was very helpful too.

The hotel was lovely and well located just a few minutes walk from Xinnanmen station. The breakfast was good and the room is nicely decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and professional; 小梅 and 秋秋 were particularly helpful.

Excellent service from the receptionist and all the staff.管家小九 service is top notch. Although I asked to just change towels, the housekeeping staff tidied the entire room and left more bottled water after she saw many empty water bottles left inside my room. There are many nice restaurants within 5mins walking distance, particularly this 袁记串串香, cheap and good. The nearest subway xinnamen, 1 stop from chunxi shopping district is 1 metro stop away.

Bad experience. I like the atmosphere and the restaurant. However, the cramped bed and rudimentary bathroom were too much for me to accept.

The hotel location is great within a 3 min walking distance to the subway station. The hotel is very clean, with delicious breakfast. It offers DIY laundry service on the top floor. A very appreciated gesture is it has free popsicles at the entrance, providing desired sense of cooling in the hot summer of Chengdu. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was super clean, love the tatami! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the robot friend that sent our food delivery up. The location is good, near the center but not too near where the crowd is concentrated. They have some small stores open outside the hotel and a convenience store not too far away.

The pillow and the bed are confortable, the ambience is paisible, thé position is perfect, the bonus is the foot bath, the receptionists are very kind Qiuqiu and Sisi.
