Pleasant stay at Kuan Rong hotel , rooms are clean , nightly goodnight soup at 9pm and staff’s services are extremely attentive , special shoutout to Xiao dai ( 小代） who guided us to local popular shopping streets ! However the hotel is a little far from TaiGooLi and IFS , bout 15 mins walk ( 3 streets to cross ). 酒店的服务很亲切用心，酒店房间很干净，清理阿姨人也非常好， 每天晚上九点都有晚安汤。特别要表扬小代，她为我们指路到一个很多当地人才会逛的地下商场。

A very nice hotel. Our family likes it . The location very near to TaikooLi n train Dongmen Train station Line 2. Opposite the hotel very delicious restaurant v had 2 night in a row. With this price, really worth it . The restaurant breakfast changed daily n nice. Ms Chang do great Latte n Americano for us.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. The cost performance is very good. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go out, share bicycles and so on. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very soft and comfortable. The service of Xiaoyu and xiaoliu at the front desk is very warm. The breakfast is good, there are many varieties, and the lighting in the room is good. I will come often. I hope it will be better and better!

one of the best hotel i’ve stayed thus far! the hospitality provided was amazing! the facilities/amenities were clean and new. we also had a free upgrade which was a nice touch by the team. I would also like to commend 小羽 for her impeccable service throughout our stay here. her service was amazing and commendable. she was prompt in clarifying our enquiries & went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable! 👍🏼

Front desk officers were very helpful and we are very impressed on their willingness to assist us. Since we couldn’t speak Chinese, they used translation apps to communicate with us. They also helped call a Didi rider and explained the driver where our destination was. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms and we could get what we had requested. The rooms were big, clean and well equipped with facilities. Our rooms were quite quiet and we rarely heard sound from the street. Breakfast was also really good and there were varieties of choices. Foods were not too spicy and we could enjoy them every morning.

It is in a very good location, convenient, and has a coffee shop located nearby. Can walk to shopping. Or go to the train station conveniently. The staff provide good service, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and you will be happy with your friends staying here.

Excellent location. Close to all hot spots and many eateries in the neighbourhood. Staffs are extreme friendly. Room is clean to perfect. Rated it 5/5. Will definite stay again I'm future and highly recommend to friends and travellers looking for hotel to stay in Chengdu.

We stayed in 3 hotels while in Chengdu and we love this hotel the most! Great hospitality from the staffs!!! My toddler is so amused by the robot which will send delivery food or items to our room. The staff took note of that and try to send the items using the robot whenever possible. They went the extra mile to help us with the laundry as well. Very clean and spacious hotel, kids will love it especially with the bath tub. Breakfast Food is so so but then again you are spoilt for choices since you are in Chengdu. Few doors down there’s a noodle stall which serves awesome noodles and dessert. It’s only a 10 mins walk to taiguli and 20 mins walk to Chunxi shopping district.
