Room is spacious and clean. Lights and curtains can be controlled by voice. (Support Chinese only). Breakfast was ok. Mainly Chinese style dishes with limited international selection (some cakes and pastry. Milk and a couple of cereal choices) Supermarket right below. Many food options around. There is a laundry room with six washing machines for guests to use free of charge. Gym is just opposite the laundry room. Nice and clean.

Practical well located. Rooms are small but well equipped. Staff not very used to international travellers

I came to Chengdu in busy touristic season and I found Mustel was the best option to stay. Staff is polite, supportive and professional, room is beautiful, has fresh maintenance and it’s clean and comfy. I enjoyed stylish design and stunning windowsill. There’re some western restaurants nearby, cozy bar in the hotel and cafes downstairs, the hotel has some interaction options like mahjong room (I’d like to visit but didn’t have a company) and shopping mall, bars etc around. Price is also affordable. Thanks for the nice stay :)

Close to the Twin Towers, the room you booked can see the Twin Towers, the night view is very good, and it is not noisy. The front desk sister Zhang is very enthusiastic. I went into the wrong door and entered the mall and called to ask for directions. Sister Zhang came to pick me up. The service is very good.

This is my second time here. The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Global Center and SKP. It is clean and hygienic, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The children also like it very much. I will come again next time.

I came here with my family during the Mid-Autumn Festival. There are plenty of parking spaces, and it is free to park during the stay. During the stay, the hotel also invited us to make handmade soap together. The experience was great. Kevin recommended a lot of food nearby. The hot pot downstairs was especially delicious. Great 👍🏻

The hotel is located on Jiaozi Avenue, on the same line as the Twin Towers, close to Line 1 and 5, with convenient transportation. There is a coffee shop downstairs and a business district nearby, so it is very convenient to go shopping, eat and drink milk tea. The hotel front desk is on the 5th floor, and there are staff on the 1st floor to guide me, which is great. Since I had to visit Sanxingdui when I checked in and was afraid I would miss it, the front desk staff jojo helped me check whether there was a vacancy and check in in time. The room is large and has a standard window. The room also has Xiaodu smart and a ceiling shower. The cleaning auntie is also very enthusiastic. There is a laundry room and a gym on the 6th floor just opposite each other. The breakfast is relatively simple. It is a very comfortable stay experience, thumbs up!

I was on a business trip to Chengdu and randomly searched for this hotel online. I immediately chose this hotel. The location is good, right next to the Youfang shopping mall, which is very convenient for eating and traveling. The main hotel did not disappoint me. It was very clean and looked new. The person who received us was Xiao Leng, who had a very good service attitude. Overall, the experience of staying here was very good and worth recommending.
