房間的位置還是可以的，樓下吃的就很多，附近也有羅森便利店，但是房間有味道，然後衞生間那個淋浴一直在滴水，希望改善下

1、房間問題和前台態度： 訂的是1.8m的房間是1.5m的，入住時間比較晚了，打電話告知沒有1.8m的房了，就衹有這個那我訂的又是啥？？？訂的兩天態度也不好什麼“你要住1.8的明天給你換嘛”什麼叫我要住？明天換？我訂的本來就是1.8的，最後直至離店，管你三七二十一，愛住不住的感覺！服務不好
2、衞生問題客房態度： 房間床上特別臟，電話號文能不能換一下床單被套，電話那頭的人“就那樣的就那樣的，沒有問題，黃是正常的”黃？正常？最後我説，你不換我就換酒店，才心不甘情不願的交了客房來給換！你不是説黃正超嗎？那為什麼換了的沒有黃？前一秒還在收按金，一提到房間問題就直接不理人
3、安全性： 門無法在裏面鎖上，而且無法找到前台本人（入住時間就沒見過人的）衹能電話聯繫，結果告訴我很安全很安全門口24小時保安（公寓在小區裏面，我不是小區裏面的人都能進小區跟我説安全？24小時在？我男朋友開過兩次門，別説保安了，前台也看不見一個人，提出問題後並未解決，獨自出行女生避雷！！！！！！！！！！門是鎖不上的！！！！！！
4、欺騙性： 我原本定的兩天，然後確實因為酒店原因太差需要提前一天定的兩天，然後確實因為酒店原因太差，需要提前一天離店，我選擇的原因是酒店差，後續酒店用私人電話給我打，説什麼叫我把原因換了，改成多定錯定什麼的，最後還威脅我説你如果不換，後續取消會很麻煩…現在酒店行業門檻這麼低了嗎？我以前也做過酒店前台，還告訴我取消很麻煩？因為太晚，沒有繼續投訴要補償都算好的了…還説取消麻煩，可能取消不了…
