Environment: It is very quiet to sleep with the window open at night, which is quite satisfactory. The view outside the window is shown in p5, which should be a parking lot. Hygiene: There were mosquitoes in the hotel lobby in early May, but fortunately there were none in the room. Apart from that, the hygiene is quite good. The hotel cleans and replenishes daily supplies every day. You can see the photos for the specific hygiene situation. This is the actual situation after we stayed in the hotel for 3+ days. Facilities: The sink was blocked, but it was repaired quickly after reporting to the front desk; the only metal rod in the bathroom where clothes can be hung was shaky, and it fell off after I hung the clothes. Fortunately, it didn't hit my feet... Otherwise it would be a tragedy 😓😓😓 The cleaning staff took away the fallen rod, and no one came to repair it later. Apart from that, other facilities are acceptable and can still be lived in. Service: It's okay, but we basically didn't ask for any service needs. We didn't stay in the hotel most of the time, and only came back to wash and sleep at night.

Hotel location direction is digitally attached on the check-in voucher, if arriving by Metro. However, to Hotel need to walk some distance and attractions need to take Metro. Shops, street foods and restaurants are available nearby. Hotel provide daily house keeping for room. Morning breakfast very basic, but constantly replenish by staff. On arrival our family room no.8810 toilet bowl chocked, room telephone was a auto answering pre-recorded message, has to report fault at Reception counter. On day two, again toilet bowl was chocked, three hours after fault reported nothing was done, even after Reception staff has sent message to maintenance. Receptions staff advise not to flush used soiled toilet paper into bowl to prevent future chocking, very strange suggestion in 2024 era, was resolved eventually. Our flight was cancelled and was delayed by a day, due to bad Tornado Storm, fortunately with Trip assistance, the Hotel's is kind enough to reimbursing our first day no-show. On day two check-in at about 6pm, the Receptionist counter staff were confuse after checking their record, take around 20 to 25 minutes to resolved and finally check us in. Overall Chengdu is a great destination, with many attractions and easily accessible by Metro. Ibis Styles Hotel with staff area of improvement, will definitely make this RMB975 Hotel excellent!
