The hotel's location is excellent, the service is wonderful & the rooms are big & spacious. Only thing is the A/C air condition needs an upgrade, we stayed during early April, the weather was already in the mid 20s & the central A/C was still NOT turned on. The front desk gave some story about we are in between seasons, so is NOT hot season to turn the A/C on. It was really uncomfortable sleeping in the heat. They need to UPGRADE the A/C system for individual room control, so different customers with different room temp. requirement have better control of their preferred temp.

We had a wonderful stay! Really helpful staff at check-in and check-out. Grateful for the late check out they allowed. Bed was so comfortable (loved the blackout curtain). Breakfast was amazing - waffles were delicious and so many other great choices too. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as a massage. The coupon at check in made me go for the extra splurge. It was a really special day vacation!

I was very impressed by how luxurious and clean the room was, also with great location, all the staff are very professional. Location is superb! We like to stay at this hotel is located about 200-300 meter(walking distance) away from the MRT station. The bus station is located right infront of the hotel, can take public bus no.335 to reach one of the attractions named 锦鲤(Jing Li). The food street, pharmacy, mini store are also located about 200-300metre away, and mostly are delicious! Their customer service is friendly and helpful! We can communicate well with the customer service as we can speak mandarin. Hotel room amenities are basic, provide what I need. Recommended to stay at this hotel if you are foreigner as not every hotel can accept foreigner.

Free soft drinks are available in the small refrigerator and a capsule coffee maker. The breakfast was beautiful and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was also great. It was served at 8 o'clock in the morning. Inadequate points: ① The front desk did not take off shoes when introducing the room (this requirement may be a bit high) ② The soundproofing of the rooms is poor, it is almost 11 o'clock, and the laughter of the chatting guests in the public area on the 3rd floor is clearly transmitted to the room. ③ The TV screen is relatively small, and it is not very clear to sit on the bed. Very very pleasant experience! Location - this is a superb location. Food, metro station, centralised, all within walking distance to various attractions. Metro is practically just downstairs E2 and E1 entrance! And many good and super popular food outlets like 冯校长steamboat, 陶德砂锅，麻六记酸辣粉，etc. are iust downstairs! Service - can't say enough, am super happy with every single staff service. Be it front desk (林姓前台服务员）, restaurant or cleaning staff. Room - clean, comfortable bed and pillow, big room. Suggest having the room on the inner side of the hotel. The one facing the road, nice view, but super noisy. My only 2 concerns would be no full length mirror in the room, only 1 half body mirror in bathroom, The other concern is the sound proofing from the corridor. Am always awaken by the noises from corridor in the morning. In any case, I will highly recommend any 1st time visitor to Chengdu to stay in this hotel. Superb! 👍 Just realised a hiccup, a very good lock 🔒 I bought from USA is lost in the room. Wondering what happened. Hopefully it could be recovered by the hotel. Will update all.

Awesome location. Close to Chunxi shopping street. Print a map because it is not easy to read the street names. Top tip - print a copy of the address in Chinese so you can take it with you.
