The hotel even offers a free bus service to the Panda Base, which is a fantastic perk! One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful surprise service. The hotel sent a robot to our room, delivering a sweet selection of fruits. Families with children will also be thrilled to receive free panda toys, adding an extra touch of joy to the stay. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. A standout feature was Xiao Du, an AI room control system similar to Alexa. It was incredibly fun to interact with and added a modern, tech-savvy twist to our experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful touches and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Panda Base or looking for a memorable stay!

The hotel is new, with complete housing facilities and good service attitude. Aaan's service is well received. 出來玩隨便選的一家連鎖酒店，住進來就發現性價比真挺高的，房間裏設施設備都很乾凈，配備物品也很齊全，房間也沒有異味，房間大，看到我帶着老年人，給我安排了安靜的房間，小朋友還送了小拖鞋牙具，非常滿意，前台小姐姐的服務也很好，進出看到都要微笑問好，還準備了綠豆湯，清熱，推薦不錯，離熊貓基地看花花很近，前台還提醒我提前訂票，出來玩選擇這裏還是蠻不錯的，好評!

I especially like to eat the freshly cooked rice noodles in the Ming stall area, the taste is really amazing.

I stayed in a king-size room on the 9th floor. The view was quite good, facing the Art Sightseeing Park. There were also many restaurants, bars and KTVs in the 9th Street Square below. It was not boring at night. The room was clean and the front desk service was polite, but the breakfast was limited in variety. Overall it was OK.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel, I had a cozy room with a good view, the beds and showers are very comfortable, I always look forward to returning back to my room at the end of a hot day. The room is understandably not perfect with cracks in the wall, but is clean and very good enough for the price paid. Staff are okay, helpful with basic questions but not out of the way. Location is convenient, a 10mins walk from the railway station if you exit correctly from the EAST exit (do note if you exited from the west exit you need to walk an extra 15mins around the exterior of station). Overall I would really love to stay here again if I have a chance.
