Location is very strategic, just a few steps to Luomashi metro station. Room is comfortable, room facilities seems quite old but overall comfortable to stay. Toilet has bathtub and shampoo is branded (Elemis). Thanks for providing a good stay!

Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

The room was splendid. Offered a decent city view. Cleanliness was top notch. There were complimentary bottles of water, which was very handy for travelers around the city like me during the summer. The hotel offered breakfast with a good variety of Chinese and English breakfast foods. The staff at the restaurant was welcoming offered to pack the breakfast for those who had to leave early in the morning. The only negative was the long waiting times to check in.

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

Great experience. The hotel was very accommodating and went out of the way to prepare for our visit. Definitely recommend it to others who are visiting Chengdu.

Especially the front desk and guest room communicated with me the day before yesterday and immediately arranged a guest room to decorate the room for us on the date of my partner's birthday. It is really beautiful and my partner also likes it very much. 2. The location is very good. It is not too convenient to go shopping in Taikoo Li. You can also directly see the ifs statue panda from the room. 3. The breakfast is rich and dazzling. The hot and sour noodles in the hotel are really delicious, and the braised eggs are also very delicious. 4. The customer service lady is very responsible for cleaning. She asks about the details of cleaning every day. The first petals and balloons are also cleaned cleanly. Constant temperature hot spring pool: very suitable for couples to experience. There is also an open-air platform on the 7th floor. The flowers, water, and fish are all very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures~

Overall, services are excellent! Starting from reception, breakfast cafe, horizon club, house keeping, all staff we met are friendly, attentive and responsive. Special credits to the house keeping lady and male manager who took charge at the horizon club. We stayed at Shangrila Chengdu from 27 Dec - 31 Dec 2023. Highly recommended!!
