We had a wonderful experience here in Somerset Gaoxin Chengdu. The staff's unwavering dedication to excellence was evident throughout my stay. Their meticulous attention to detail and graciousness truly set them apart. We didn’t expect that they can accommodate almost all of our needs. We were so impressed with all the service here. And the food delivery service was so convenient and fun. The robot sent our food to the door, and my son had so much fun with the robot. All the staff are so dedicated deserve the best rating.

Very friendly service and staff, spacious room, location is great - near Cosmo mall, Tianfu Square, People's Park. The breakfast in my opinion was not worth it. Overall, would come back sans the breakfast package.
