The reception girls are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and big, the bed is very comfortable. Chinese style breakfast is free and balanced diet, suitable for anyone who likes Chinese food! Free cherry tomatoes are fresh and sweet. Self-serve laundry service - washing machine is free to use on the 4th floor. The room has a slight smell of mold, but the manager have promised to solve the problem with the cleaning company. All in all, the hotel is value for money, I am very happy with the stay and I will recommend it to my friends and the family.

Everyone at Nandu Hotel is friendly and welcoming. The environment is very good and clean. And the price is affordable
There is a large garden surrounded by books and a study room where you can read. There is a bird that can talk. There is a dog that rarely barks but is very lively and will roll around people and play silly. It is super cute. There are also private rooms next to the garden that can be used for banquets, dinners, and meetings. Four friends can gather and spend time together.
The transportation is very convenient. The subway and bus station are right in front of the hotel. It's also easy to hail a taxi at the intersection.
My thoughts after staying here for 11 consecutive days

Thank you for your hospitality. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the staff is extremely friendly and sociable. The breakfast offered is delicious and varied, and the staff in the kitchen is also very kind. The sports room is cozy and well-equipped with a treadmill, a bicycle, and dumbbells ranging from 1-10 kg, providing everything needed for a workout. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with clean beds and well-maintained bathrooms and toilets. Overall, the hotel provides a great experience.

I don’t know whether this sound insulation problem is related to the environment or the facilities... In short, the effect is that the sound insulation of a four-star hotel is not as good as the door panels of the school dormitory. All the noises and sounds in the corridor, the sound of videos played in the corridor can be heard very clearly in the room, destroying your sleep and sense of security steadily in the morning and at night. Do you know what a terrifying experience it is to clearly hear someone talking at the door in the middle of the night or early in the morning, as close as if you have already entered the room? .
Didn't seem to check to see if there was any conditioner or shampoo in the bathroom. After staying for three nights, I noticed when I took a shower on the first day that there might not be much conditioner left. This conclusion was verified on the last day.
Having only one room card is a bit inconvenient for two people who don't travel together.
Is that pillar in the room a load-bearing pillar? If not, it is a very genius design. It has the function of creating visual dead corners and sanitary dead corners and encroaching on space.
The design of the bathroom is a bit strange. The shower room and toilet are separated and there is an open sink. As a result, it is a bit inconvenient to take off clothes and change into pajamas when taking a shower. The bathroom design could really be more traditional. .
The advantage is that the location is good, very close to the subway station. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. Hygiene is not bad.

Hygiene: Very clean. Service: Very considerate. They served tea as soon as we arrived, greeted us warmly, and provided hot water. Facilities: Good, especially the robot food delivery is very fast. The hotel is close to Chongqing No. 1 Middle School, and the transportation is very convenient. It is very close to the Three Gorges Square on foot, just a few minutes away, and you can drink Cha Yan Yue Se in a few steps! You can get a taxi when you go out, and it is very close to Ciqikou. I stayed for a few nights and the starting price to Shapingba High-speed Railway Station. The parking lot is also very large. The hotel parking lot has two floors, which is very good and completely enough for parking. The manual lifting barrier of the parking lot is also very safe. The hotel also has free underground parking and charging piles. The parking lot is very convenient next to the hotel. There is no odor in the room. The service is also great. Recommended

I came to West China Hospital from Hangzhou to study. I saw that Angel Hotel was owned by West China Hospital, so I booked it for two days to see how it was. After checking in, I found that the details were well done. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic. They came in and out every day calling me teacher. The breakfast was also very good. I especially liked their puff bread. After looking at other hotels near the hospital, such as Orange and All Seasons, I still like this hotel. Although the decoration is a bit old, it feels very clean and safe. I stayed for another 10 days. Of course, it would be better if the free Coke and Sprite could be replaced with bottled tea.

The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates
The needs-improvement:
- Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com
- Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands
- There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++)
Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

GGuest UserVery professional parent-child hotel. Professional means being able to grasp the needs of families with children. Children are happy and adults are naturally satisfied. The hot spring pool is open from 10 am to 11 pm. There are many indoor and outdoor pools, and children have fun playing. The small river island also greatly satisfies the children's desire to explore. There are also various facilities in the small river. Children should not be too happy. Praise the staff Zhang Yongjie. He is very nice. Seeing that we can't row a boat, he took the initiative to take us two adults and two children for a walk in the river. Jintang Sofitel is not a very popular hotel. If people are not crowded, the experience will be pulled up again. It is recommended that parents who are afraid of crowding check in, and they will definitely come with excitement and return with satisfaction.

The door is a password lock, the water heater is gas-powered, there is a refrigerator, the water is provided by Nongfu Spring, and there are air conditioners in the room and the living room. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the breakfast and hot pot restaurants at the entrance of the community are very good.
The room is three rooms, one of which is a little small, and the living room is separated and renovated.

MM. NurhaikalGreat hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available.
Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

CCălinGreat location at the heart of Chengdu’s busiest area, perfect for shopping and nightlife. Also really well connected by metro. The hotel is new and well designed, and the room was spacious and really well equipped. Main con is that the hotel is in (and shares elevators with) a 30+ floors office building, and during rush hours it can take ages to get a free elevator. Our room’s “city view” was also quite poor.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
