The room layout is very attentive and high quality, quiet and comfortable! The hotel's hardware and software are very good. It is located in the middle of the river peninsula, with gurgling water, birds singing and flowers blooming, and a beautiful environment. The decoration style is grand. The guitar museum is a major feature. Swimming in the swimming pool in summer will also relax you. The hotel is suitable for team business meetings, banquets, parent-child trips, and travel with girlfriends and friends. There are teahouses, KTVs, etc. Overall, I am very satisfied!

It's my first time staying in this hotel chain. The overall feeling is very good. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and responsive. The facilities and equipment are also good. The robot can deliver food and takeout, which is very convenient. The room is neat and clean, with a good view. The front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, combining Chinese and Western food. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, and there is a night market snack street behind it. It's nice to go shopping at night. It's worth recommending!

整體體驗還是不錯的，前台老闆也很好，當時定的時候就提示沒有窗戶，但還是抱着試一試的心態，去了也感覺還不錯，就是有點悶，然後廁所下水道時不時的會有異味迴流，空調很暖和，晚上睡覺一點光亮也沒有，特別適合入睡困難症，也很安靜，如果介意無窗戶的可以選擇他們家的其他戶型。

The room is very good, relatively clean, that is, it will still be placed with a small advertisement, sound insulation is general, but the toilet is very soundproof, this price is relatively good, that is, there is a beam when sleeping on the top of the head, it is easy to fall asleep with headache neck pain, the bed is very soft, If you are used to sleeping on a hard bed, you may not eat hard, and you may have back pain.

We are going to Dujiangyan tomorrow and we decided to choose this place. The main reason is that there is no restriction on the number of cars and we can leave the city tomorrow. It is very convenient. The high-speed rail is next to the hotel and it takes more than ten minutes to get to Dujiangyan. The breakfast is rich in variety and the freshly cooked noodles are delicious. The room is clean and tidy. There is a faint scent of gardenia when you enter. I feel embarrassed when the aunt greets me when we meet. This time I brought my family out to play. The front desk service is warm and humane. When I saw that there were children, I took the initiative to upgrade our room for free. The room is quiet, spacious and bright. It is convenient to eat. Wanda next to it can also watch movies and shop. It rained in the morning and the sun came out in the afternoon. There are white clouds in the south sky.

The facilities are very complete and the hygiene is very good. There are no cockroaches or mosquitoes🦟. The environment is great. I live on the 25th floor. It rained when I stayed there. We stayed with our elderly. Xiao Xu arranged a high-rise room in advance according to our request. It was unexpectedly the highest floor, the 21st floor, with a very good view. The room was next to the elevator, which was convenient for the elderly to go in and out. Thanks to Xiao Xu's thoughtful arrangement👍
If I need to come to Pidu again, staying at Holiday Inn will be my family's only choice.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the room is quiet, the TV is big and comfortable to watch TV, and the rooms are all smart toilets. In addition, the hotel lobby sells alcohol. I went there in the evening and ordered a glass of whiskey. There were almost no people at night, and it was great to get tipsy by myself! GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

YYenThe building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

Walk straight for 10 minutes then u can spot the famous IFS panda, super convenient. Although it is located at city but cannot here any sound at all! Super comfy bed as well. Btw, they even gave us the super cute panda headband on the day we left.

AAnonymous UserThe location is remote, totally unexpected. We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
