Awesome check-in experience took a total of 5 mins max, with instructions for the stay shared via Wechat. Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Beautiful design, great stay, fuss-free check in and check out. What'@ not to like? Special mention to Nancy Shine Coco.

Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

The hotel room is very spacious and nice. Toilet and shower is separate. Hot lemon ginger, fresh coffee and crisps are offered in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As we earlier stayed at another Atour and needed to get our Taobao package, the staff arranged for the package transfer within the hour. Free evening snack. Free laundry services. We purchased breakfast with our room and there is a wide selection. We are all very this hotel 👍👍👍

I booked a Jimu twin room and a Jimu double room to visit Chengdu with my friends. The quality of Atour is guaranteed. Convenience: It’s about a 10-minute walk from Taikoo Li International Financial Center. There are residential areas and many noodle shops and restaurants nearby. It’s delicious. Service: It is commendable that the service is very good. You can go to the front desk every morning to get warm mineral water. It is so considerate. You will be given a souvenir when you leave the hotel. Facilities: The room is quite big, fully automatic toilet, no need to sit in the cold toilet version, both are relatively new, needless to say, Atour bedding is very comfortable. Overall the rooms were clean and well equipped, but small and dark. They also had a faint smell of cigarettes, even though they were non-smoking. I switched rooms and found the same problem in the second one. The first room also faced the inside of a courtyard with a blaring neon sign that went straight into my window. All in all I needed a place to stay for the night and while this was comfortable enough, I'm not sure I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly though and it's in a good (albeit busy) location in the center of the city. Despite this it was pretty quiet.

I booked the family suite here early and watched the price increase day by day... It should be considered as a large room divided into two. There is a small window outside, so my daughter, 170, can sleep well alone. There is a desk and a small sofa next to it, which is very nice. There is also a separate bathroom, so you don't have to go to the room inside, which is very convenient. There is a big bed + a sofa inside. You can straighten your legs when lying down, which is good. The bathroom is very large, with a bathtub, shower room, and a large sink! Booked for 4 days, there is breakfast every day, there are quite a lot of things, 2 bowls of porridge + poached eggs every day are a must, it is still very satisfying... This is the first time I saw Bobo chicken for breakfast, it tastes great! My daughter couldn't get up in the morning, so she told the waiter and she was given a takeaway box for one person. This was really good! There is afternoon tea every afternoon and midnight snacks in the evening, although I didn’t have the chance to eat... They also provide in-room laundry service, which is really considerate for long trips! A 10-minute walk away is Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. There are many stalls downstairs after 10 pm, and the fried rice is delicious! The Panda Post Office is right next to it, where you can check in. I will stay here again next time I have a chance. The only bad thing is that the TV is too old and cannot cast the screen. I hope it can be improved!
