房間非常大，床也非常非常大，，環境很好，後面還有湖，去月亮灣方便，不限次數進出。酒店有泳池，早餐可以！

原房續住。還是喜歡湖畔房，房間佈局合理，私隱性好。這個酒店什麼都有一點，可以泡泡澡、spa、游泳，健身房不大，但是也能動一動。對面景區走走。酒店提供的餐飲套餐性價比挺高的，比外面的乾淨多了，味道還好，所以建議在酒店吃。酒店離昆明也近，開車一小時，是個不錯的週末度假選擇

酒店應該開了挺長時間，聽説前身是悦椿温泉，看照片和評價，設施設備不算新了，但環境還不錯，就選在了這裏。
一開始訂的普通大床房，去看了房間比較小光線不太好有點壓抑，就辦了萬達的會員加了159升到帶露台泡池的別墅房（評價裏好多人説可以免費升房，但前台説不行，也不知道是評價表達有誤還是酒店變了政策，無法求證），到了別墅房發現，室內面積實際跟普通大床房沒差多少，多出來的三四十平米主要是露枱面積🙃而且露台跟旁邊房間是通的，衹用幾個低矮的花槽隔着，成人隨便就能跨過，因為泡池就在露台，連通的露台會感覺私密性不太好。
再説泡池，這裏的不是温泉水，衹是普通的熱水，水流量真的不大，放一池水大概一個多小時，而且池子的阻水下水不在房間控制，要打電話給前台他們再派工作人員到別墅一樓給操作，那天晚上是讓我等十五分鐘，不太方便。
最後退房出的插曲，是我們對這酒店最不滿意的地方，我們入住是就問了延遲退房政策，前台説衹能到1點，我們就申請了。退房當天12點半前，前台來電話問還要不要續住，我們説不續要退房，但是申請過到1點一會兒就出去。掛了電話過了十來分鐘，我們聽到門口有響動，猜到可能是清潔人員，但沒想到她沒有敲門沒有打招呼直接刷卡開門進來了（由於這別墅房沒有防盜鎖，她的門卡一刷就能進來），她就這樣進來了，説你們不是退房嗎？我説我們是要退啊，不是1點嗎？然後她沒有一句不好意思和對不起，關上房門又出去了，留下我們一臉懵莫名其妙。作為高檔豪華型酒店，這個服務真的…我都不知道怎麼評價，工作人員隨便就可以闖進客户房間，真的體驗感非常差。後來我們退房時到前台提出這個意見，前台的工作人員態度是不錯，説應該是阿姨搞錯房間了會進行處罰等等（但我們認為，就算是搞錯房間這種低級錯誤，那進門前也應該敲門和詢問吧？搞錯了也應該抱歉吧？這不是酒店服務就基本的要求嗎？），並硬要給我們贈送了兩盒藕粉…但作為客户，我選這個酒店要的不是藕粉也不是酒店怎麼處罰員工，是個人私隱和良好的服務，是舒心的度假體驗！這次這個體驗真的讓我對萬達文華印象大打折扣😣不太敢再住了。
