風景：面湖一側風景絕佳，有自己的沙灘，可走至湖邊。
餐食：酒店中餐、西餐、早餐都有。中餐有消費，中規中矩。早餐品種較多，能吃飽吃好。
出行：自駕較為方便。打車在旺季估計等待時機較長。
周邊：近小灣漁村、太陽谷景區。沒啥可逛的，出去吃吃當地的菜尚可，其他時間待酒店就好。
服務：符合相對應的星級，對OTA顧客會比較重視。
拍照：仿法式風格，園林、湖邊都較為出片，可拍到旁邊的天文台。

衝著酒店的位置和設施去的，沒想到給我情侶出遊安排了家庭房，房間裏面既然有高低小童床，送的紅酒杯，其中有一衹是用過的，杯口沾滿口紅那種，以後再也不會去這家了。

結論：不適合企業會獎活動、不適合婚禮草坪客户、不適合休閑度假客户
特別提醒會獎活動舉辦方注意，酒店管理層上下不一致，事情推動很難
1、強賣思維 躺平擺爛
要求我們全包湖景房，説是我們有噪音不包下來就不給我們舉辦活動，而且每天給的房間數量不一樣，還要逼客人入住期間更換房間。然後我入住以後發現其實他們衹是把賣不掉的房間全給我們了，因為湖景房住的也不是全是我們的客人，我住在843，旁邊745和845就不是我們的客人！作為服務行業為何有如此欺詐行為（假如我們全包成立，那我認為不是我客人的房間就是被酒店二次售出了，這樣入住的客人安全何在？如果衹是硬塞給我們剩下的房間，那又如何説出考慮不要影響其他散客？）而且提出任何問題沒有酒店領導出來解決
需求130間，給了99間大床15間套房49雙床，給我們的活動帶來極大安排困難，第一天合同上寫的房型就給安排錯好幾間
簽約有保底數，以退房時間已過為由不予處理，導致每天浪費30間房，酒店全都知道這個情況，為何不在前期解決處理，服務意識在哪？
2、行政酒廊應該改名為“領導酒廊”
我在酒店入住4天，其中3天上午行政酒廊都沒有開，衹有19號上午開了，是我下樓的時候剛好碰到了集團的領導，酒店帶着在參觀，我想請問這個行政酒廊是開給領導參觀的開給領導用餐的還是客户的，客户花錢住了套房住了行政房一紙告示就剝奪了相關權益
3、草坪搞活動要報備湖管局（隨時可能被叫停）我們做活動也是不踏實，搞不清楚會發生什麼狀況？聲音稍微大點就會有酒店的人來幫忙關音量
